A ball throwing device includes an arm, a ball holder at a first end thereof, a handle at a second end of the arm, and a mounting member configured for releasably mounting of interchangeable accessories. The mounting member has a first flange protruding away from the arm to a distal end, and a second flange protruding away from the first flange, in proximity to the distal end. The first flange has at least one recess. The interchangeable accessory has a mounting flange with an opening configured for the accessory to releasably couple to the mounting member. A first portion of the opening is shaped to be slidably received upon the first and second flanges; and a second portion of the opening is shaped to engage the at least one recess. The accessory may be: a spare ball holder, a pet waste bag dispenser, a pet treat container, etc.

A sports device configured to generate thermal energy to warm surfaces. In one implementation, the sports device embodies a lacrosse stick with a shaft and head. The shaft includes a thermal core with a phase change material that can retain and dissipate heat over an extended period of time.

A ball hitting device that includes a ball; a device body with (i) a drive device that causes the device body to at least move forward and turn, (ii) a hitting device with at least one hitting section that contacts the ball to hit it forward, and (iii) ball holding pieces that are provided on respective left and right sides of the hitting section and extend in front of the device body; and an external controller which operates the drive device and the hitting device remotely. The present invention relates to a ball feeding system including a ball delivery device and a ball feeding device, and a ball feeding control method. According to a first aspect of the present invention, a ball feeding system includes: a ball accommodation part configured to accommodate one or more balls; ball delivery arms each configured to deliver any one of the one or more balls, accommodated in the ball accommodation part, to the pitching machine; a ball delivery post configured to extend vertically from one side surface of the ball accommodation part, and to guide the ball delivery arms through their movement; and a mixing arm configured to move along the ball delivery post at predetermined intervals from the ball delivery arms, and to change the locations of the one or more balls in the ball accommodation part by applying physical force to the one or more balls.

A kit and method for playing and providing training for a golf-type game comprising at least one ball, at least one throwing apparatus such as a throwing rod, and at least one target unit, wherein golf-type game is played similar to golf, except that instead of golf clubs, a throwing rod advances a ball towards at least one target. Further the target unit is a container that contains a weighted granular substance. The throwing rod is operable to enable a player to grasp the rod by a handle, retain the ball between a pair of elongated, arced rails, and throw the ball with a whip-like motion over a long distance towards the target, much the same way as a driver used in a typical golf game. Further, the throwing rod is also adapted to enable the player to putt the ball towards the target for shorter distances.

The invention concerns a gaming device (1) to throw and catch a ball or a shuttlecock comprising a basket (20) structured around two rigid walls (21, 23) and elastic means (22, 24) for throwing the ball or the shuttlecock with a certain velocity by stretching the gaming device (1), while making it easier to catch the projectile in the structured basket (20) when the gaming device (1) is in resting position.

A launching and/or catching toy kit has a ball and at least one associated slingshot. The ball includes a spherical body, a support non-movably attached to the body, a tail, a first and a second elastic band hook oppositely disposed. The slingshot is configured to launch the ball from a first user to a second user. The slingshot includes a handle and a pair of prongs connected and/or extending from the handle top. At least one elastic band is connected to each prong. Each of the at least one elastic bands are releasably captured by their respective first or second elastic band hook on the football during launching by the first user. A pet toy includes a first section, a second section and a slide lock. The first section has a distal end and a proximal end, and a handle disposed at the proximal end. The second section has a distal end and a proximal end, and a gripper disposed at the distal end. The proximal end of the second section is pivotally attached to the distal end of the first section to form a hinge. The slide lock is configured to slide along at least one of the first and second sections so as to overlie the proximal end of the second section and the distal end of the first section to cover the hinge, locking the hinge and prohibiting pivotal movement between the first section and the second section.
