Marine Construction with Concrete Boat Landing Structure

The invention relates to a boat landing structure suitable for being used in a marine construction, wherein said marine construction comprises, essentially, a concrete shaft intended for being installed anchored at a depth level with respect to the water level, and wherein said boat landing structure comprises two substantially vertical and parallel ribs, integrated in the shaft of the marine construction and projecting out from same, wherein said ribs are made partially or entirely of concrete. Likewise, the space comprised between said ribs houses an access ladder suitable for being used by personnel accessing the marine construction from an operation boat. The invention also relates to a marine construction and a segment comprising the mentioned boat landing structure.

FLOTATION DEVICE WITH BOARDING APPARATUS

A boarding apparatus for use on a flotation device, in accordance with various embodiments is disclosed herein. The boarding apparatus comprises a stirrup ladder. The boarding apparatus may be integral to a lifeline assembly of the flotation device. The boarding apparatus may be removably coupled to a loop patch of the flotation device. The boarding apparatus may release from the loop patch and become a boarding configuration for the flotation device.

The platform portion is disposed above the platform mount while the support portion is coupled to the platform mount in a second deployed position that is outside of the outer top boat perimeter.

A deployable platform is disposed at a side of the hull of a marine vessel and is movable between a raised position in which the platform is substantially vertically oriented, and a first lowered position in which the platform is in a horizontal orientation. Further, at least a portion of the platform can be lowered to a second lower position that is below the first lowered position. In the second lowered position the platform will normally be submerged when the vessel is afloat in water. In the raised position the platform forms a portion of the side of the hull and acts to exclude water from entering the vessel.
