The primary swing reduction and self-righting mechanism includes a hollow upper support rod, a solid lower support rod, a buoyant cabin, and a counter weight cabin. The lower support rod includes a lower end fixedly connected to the counter weight cabin, and an upper end fixedly connected to the buoyant cabin. The secondary swing reduction mechanism includes a water pond, a plurality of wing-type supports, and a plurality of spaced fan-shaped floating cabins. The plurality of wing-type supports each includes an upper end fixedly connected to a lower plane of the platform deck, and a lower end fixedly connected to an upper plane of the fan-shaped floating cabins.
Expandable Floating Structure
The present invention relates broadly to a floating structure and more particular to a floating structure formed by a plurality of modular floating units, a method for forming a floating structure, and a method for stabilizing a plurality of modular floating units line abreast. The method for forming a floating structure comprises providing a plurality of modular floating units including three of more tunnel thrusters; aligning the plurality of modular floating units wherein each of the three or more tunnel thrusters of each of the plurality of modular floating units are aligned to each of a corresponding three or more tunnel thrusters on an adjacent modular floating unit; and operating at least one of the three or more tunnel thrusters of each of the plurality of modular floating units to generate at least one horizontal pillar of water flow, wherein the at least one horizontal pillar of water flow skewers each of the plurality of modular floating units longitudinally through one of the three or more tunnel thrusters thereof.
NEARSHORE SOLUTIONS
This invention relates to nearshore solutions comprising: a plurality of bottom sitting infrastructure modules defining a boundary of the nearshore solution, and forming a lagoon: each of the plurality of bottom sitting infrastructure modules is adapted to transfer loads of the bottom sitting infrastructure modules to a seabed and withstand surrounding water pressure. The nearshore solutions further comprise general purpose modules which can be either bottom sitting or floating as well as the floating infrastructure modules are arranged within the boundary or seawall. Floating infrastructure module is designed to allow lighter infrastructure services, and for transport network such as vehicles to travel through or park connectors. General purpose modules are designed for live, work, play; to accommodate residential, office and recreational facilities, etc. The bottom sitting general purpose modules are designed to cater for heavier topside structures and the floating general purpose modules to cater for higher topside structures.
HOUSING UNIT
A housing unit with a pontoon having a plurality of shipping containers arranged thereon. The shipping containers have been adapted to be habitable by providing at least one door and at least one window in the shipping containers and by insulating the shipping containers. The pontoon has a flat top, three or more of shipping containers placed on the flat top in a first polygon arrangement with an atrium formed inside the first polygon arrangement. Three or more shipping containers are placed on top the first polygon arrangement to form a second polygon arrangement. The second polygon arrangement is preferably being displaced relative to the first polygon arrangement to obtain a star shaped arrangement.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING A LARGE-SIZE FLOATING STRUCTURE
A large-size floating structure which meets the needs for extending the activities of coastal towns is provided. The architectural and technical design can accommodate several thousand inhabitants, while attracting many visitors and customers to live, work and enjoy varied leisure facilities. This energy-autonomous marine district, which is non-polluting and environmentally friendly, constitutes an example of sustainable development. Each component of the structure of the barge provides a maximum of functions: structural, functional, ecological and architectural. By concentrating all of the activities of a town in a single complex, it is easier and more economical to resolve all the problems of sustainable development and safety than in the habitant next to the coast.
UNIVERSAL OFFSHORE PLATFORM, AND BUOYANCY REGULATION METHOD AND STABLE POWER GENERATION METHOD THEREOF
The invention discloses a universal offshore platform. The platform includes a truss body forming the support system of the platform. the truss body is a three-dimensional stable rigid support and comprises an underwater surface layer, a water surface layer and an overwater surface layer from bottom to top. It comprises a first floating body component, a second floating body component and several sporadic single floating bodies. The universal offshore platform of the present invention can be used independently, be used as a constitutional unit of a marine base and is less adversely affected by the wave motion. A buoyancy regulation method based on a universal offshore platform ensures stability of the platform and a power generation system based on the universal offshore platform takes full advantage of the energy of the waves to generate electricity.
Expandable floating structure
The present invention relates broadly to a floating structure and more particular to a floating structure formed by a plurality of modular floating units, a method for forming a floating structure, and a method for stabilising a plurality of modular floating units lined abreast. The method for forming a floating structure comprises providing a plurality of modular floating units including three or more tunnel thrusters; aligning the plurality of modular floating units wherein each of the three or more tunnel thrusters of each of the plurality of modular floating units are aligned to each of a corresponding three or more tunnel thrusters on an adjacent modular floating unit; and operating at least one of the three or more tunnel thrusters of each of the plurality of modular floating units to generate at least one horizontal pillar of water flow, wherein the at least one horizontal pillar of water flow skewers each of the plurality of modular floating units longitudinally through one of the three or more tunnel thrusters thereof.
Offshore security monitoring system and method
A waterborne vessel includes a monitoring system configured to monitor the plurality of offshore properties such that the waterborne vessel is configured to respond to an alert signal transmitted from at least one of the plurality of offshore properties when the monitoring system receives the alert signal. An offshore security monitoring system includes the waterborne vessel and a base module deployed at each of the plurality of offshore properties. A security monitoring method may include monitoring the security of the plurality of offshore properties by the monitoring system of the waterborne vessel according to various embodiments, receiving an alert signal from the at least one of the plurality of offshore properties, and responding to the alert signal. A security monitoring unit includes, a plurality of waterborne vessels according to various embodiments, and a control center in communication with the plurality of waterborne vessels.
Floating construction
A floating construction comprising a water space within the floating construction, which water space has transparent walls and/or walls containing transparent sections, and at least one open opening allowing water surrounding the floating construction to enter into the water space, and the floating construction comprising space next to the water space for spectators observing the activities taking place inside the water space, wherein the floating construction comprises a draft control system for changing water surface level inside the water space.
