Protective Field Screen
A protective field screen system that includes a screen frame system (including a screen frame and a protective screen that includes a netting coupled to the screen frame), a base frame to be disposed on a supporting surface, and resilient members. The screen frame coupled to the base frame by way of the resilient members, and the resilient members to deform to facilitate movement of the screen frame relative to the base frame.
WEARABLE TRAINING DEVICE FOR PITCHING
A movement assessment apparatus in the form of a wearable training apparatus for pitching is provided. The apparatus has a wearable form embodying a transducer device operatively associated with an engagement point along the external surface of the wearable form. A patch may externally cover and thus identify this engagement point. In use, so that when the wearable form is worn on the forearm below the elbow of a human wearer, wherein the patch is facing up and turned slightly inwards, the transducer device will produce a sound when compressed between the forearm and back side of the rib cage of the wearer. This intersection of the forearm and back side of the rib cage is indicative of proper pitching form.
Batting training system
The present disclosure provides a method for batting practice. The method includes securing a baseball training device to a leg of a user; positioning a stand assembly adjacent to the user; and swinging a baseball bat such that a ball positioned on the stand assembly attaches to the plate of the device. The device includes a body and a plate attached to and extending outwardly from the body.
COLLAPSIBLE BATTING CAGE SYSTEM
A batting cage assembly including a plurality of upright frames to support a batting cage net, where the plurality of upright frames are interconnected using cross members that include two vertical end segments and a horizontal segment positioned between the two corresponding vertical end segments. A batting cage net is connected to the plurality of upright frames.
Nailed it
A golf Swing training device comprises a club member and at least one weight member. The weight member includes a mating Structure for Securing the weight member to a complementary mating Structure in the Shaft portion of the club member. The weight member can be secured to the shaft in at least three positions including a first position at the top of the Shaft adjacent the handle, a Second position at or near the midpoint of the Shaft and a third position at or near the distal end of the shaft.
CUSTOMIZABLE TRAINING BAT
A customizable training bat comprising a handle on a proximal end, an endcap on a distal end, a plurality of body segments used for hitting balls extending between the handle and the endcap from the proximal end to the distal end over an extendable support rod, wherein said the extendable support rod is passed through each of the plurality of body segments. Body segments may have provisions for interlocking to avoid shifting in between adjacent body segments, or between handle and body segments. An optional hollow casing that encloses the body segments and connects with the handle in manner that makes it extendable, provides a hitting surface. Further, the handle has an opening for accommodating the extendable support rod and the casing. The handle also optionally has detachable knob of variable weight. The length, shape, thickness, swing weight and size of the training bat may be customized according to preferences of an athlete. The length of the training bat is varied by adding or removing the body segments. The size and shape of the bat is varied by using the desired body segments of varying dimensions. The swing weight is varied by adjusting relative placement of body segments of varying weight along the length of the training bat in between the handle and the endcap from the proximal to the distal ends.
Smart device
An Internet of Thing (IoT) device includes a body with a processor, a camera and a wireless transceiver coupled to the processor.
Bat speed measuring device
A bat speed measuring device is including a housing, one or more light emitting assemblies producing light at first and second sensing zones relative to the housing, first and second light receiving assemblies for receiving respective light reflections of the light when a moving object, such as a bat, passes through the first and second sensing zones, and a processor configured to calculate a speed of the object moving between the first and second sensing zones.
SPORTING DEVICE WEIGHT
A sporting weight system couplable to a sporting device. The sporting weight system including a plurality of shaped weight portions and at least one fastener. The at least one fastener is configured to couple the plurality of shaped weight portions together about a shaft portion of the sporting device.
Baseball Training Device
The present invention relates generally to the field of baseball training devices. More specifically, the present invention relates to a baseball training device that is comprised of a base, first and second frame member, horizontal frame member, and vertical frame member that is further comprised of a baseball on each end. The vertical frame member rotates around the horizontal frame member and is stopped by a plurality of bristles that are fastened to the interior of the first and second frame members. When the rotation is stopped, one baseball is securely held within the bristles while the other baseball is teed up at the top of the device, allowing a user to strike the device indefinitely. Accordingly, the present disclosure makes specific reference thereto. Nonetheless, it is to be appreciated that aspects of the present invention are also equally applicable to other like applications, devices and methods of manufacture.
