Punching/Boxing/Martial Arts Bag System
This bag can be used for punching, martial arts, and boxing. It is designed to have a holding mechanism that allows the user to see if they are hitting the bag directly. The user with incorrect punches, that are dangerous, makes the bag spin with the ball bearing in the holding mechanism. The bag spinning tells the user that they are incorrectly using the bag. The spring mechanism found in the holding mechanism absorbs hits from the user. The metal ring in the bag allows the bag to have even weight distribution in the bag which does not allow the bag to deform. The strap mechanism is made with a backing which does not allow the straps to rip. The lower section of the bag is sewn to the upper section of the bag. Only the lower section of the bag is made for hitting and is stuffed with a softer material in order not injure the user. The upper area of the bag is not for hitting and is made to store heavier material that forces the bag to always to by full. The logos printed on the top area are either by laser or stamp. This means that the logos are never whipped off from printing.

A variety of systems and methods are disclosed, including, an embodiment comprising a training system comprising a training dummy, a base, and a mobile phone application, and another embodiment comprising a method for training with a training system comprising applying a physical force to a training dummy, detecting the physical force via a plurality of sensors disposed in the training dummy, and adjusting at least one parameter of physical force based in part on feedback from the detected physical force via a mobile phone application.
CONNECTED DEVICE TO BE FITTED TO A PUNCHING BAG
Disclosed is a device to be fitted to a punching bag, including: a cover which can contain the punching bag and formed of two sheaths, an inner sheath and an outer sheath, placed on top of one another, and including a releasable fastener to the punching bag; a plurality of target elements attached between the sheaths, each element including at least one pressure sensor electrically connected to an electronic control unit which includes a unit receiving data from the pressure sensors and a unit for processing the data; and an external system including a unit for communicating with the electronic control unit, a unit for analyzing the received data and a recording unit, storing and outputting the data and analyses. The targets may include light emitters controlled by the external system. Also disclosed is a connected punching bag and an interactive assembly for assisting in combat sports training.
Abdominal exercise equipment
An abdominal exercise equipment comprises a rest pad, a foot grip, a frame, and three contact arms. The rest pad is disposed in a horizontal direction and the foot grip slides up and down perpendicular to the rest pad. A frame moves at an oblique angle to the rest pad and three contact arms are slidably coupled with the frame and provide targets for a user to contact using his/her hands.

A proximity training device for use in training of activities (FIG. 3), that anybody can use whether they are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced activity enthusiast (user) participating in martial arts or another partner-oriented activities. The user is able to utilize the training device safely allowing them to maintain their physical fitness activities. The user engages the training device maintaining an upright posture and initiates movement thereby activating the training device. It is held within the same proximity of an in-person training partner, allowing the user to practice the fundamental biomechanical responses and other skills required for their preferred chosen activities. The training device is lightweight and easy to store. The arms are easily removed and are adjustable for optimizing user comfort and training device functionality. The training device is easy to assemble and disassemble which allows for easy transport and storage of the training device.

Multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus for use with a slip and counter fight simulation / workout machine or stand alone device for fight simulation
A free standing fight simulation workout machine has a fight simulation headed/multi-headed, with or without arms, member that is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation headed member for a free standing fight simulation workout apparatus has at least one main support structure having a mounting means. The headed member comprises at least one head terminating at an elongated neck. When present, the arms are arranged to extend from or come out of different areas of said head, face and/or neck. Preferably, multiple heads are provided. The headed member includes a top mating mounting portion and the neck bottom includes a bottom mating mounting adapted to mount on bungee cords mounted through mounting means on the workout apparatus. The head or heads and protruding arms provide various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
MULTI-LEG MOVABLE PUNCHING BAG
A multi-leg movable punching bag includes a punching bag body and a base. An interior of the punching bag body is communicated with an interior of the base, and the punching bag body and the base are both hollow. The punching bag body is welded with the base by hot melting. The punching bag body and the base are both made of an elastic material. The base includes a plurality of support legs, and any two adjacent support legs are arranged at a fixed angle. The punching bag body and the base are both made of an elastic material so that the they can be folded and stored when the punching bag is not in use.

A multi-leg movable punching bag includes a punching bag body and a base. A sports apparatus comprising a boxing body, a boxing body receptacle, and a holding apparatus for holding the boxing body receptacle, wherein the holding apparatus and the boxing body receptacle are designed to hold the boxing body in a starting position, wherein the holding apparatus and the boxing body are designed such that the boxing body can be displaced, in particular elastically, out of the starting position by the action of a boxing punch, and is then returned to the starting position. The sports apparatus also comprises an output apparatus which is designed to selectively output user information to the user of the sports apparatus.
