Harness for golf bag
A harness for quick attachment to and release from a golf bag is described that includes a plurality of interrelated weight shifting adjustments. The harness is easily coupled to a variety of golf bags to carry the bag in an approximately horizontal orientation. The harness is further easily adjusted to accommodate various statures of users.
Collapsible hard case for surfboards and other large objects
A protective case for large objects including a lock housing formed from a first section and a second section, both of the sections including at least one external subsection and at least one internal subsection configured to telescope inside the external subsection; and an extension lock comprising a lock housing and a compression lock, the lock housing including a screw-threaded channel, and the compression comprising at least one screw-threaded shaft with a compressive component on the interior end and a lock handle on the exterior end, the screw-threaded shaft configured to matingly engage with the screw-threaded channel of the lock housing; the compression lock configured to descend in the lock housing and compressingly lock the internal subsection in an extended position upon locking rotation of the compression lock; and the compression lock configure to ascend in the lock housing upon unlocking rotation of the cam latch.
Methods and apparatuses for oropharyngeal isometrics and dynamics
Apparatuses and methods for an oropharyngeal exercise device. The oropharyngeal exercise device has interchangeable parts comprising complete mouthpieces, complete springs, a housing, a progress gauge, and a stopper. The oropharyngeal exercise device and its interchangeable parts are organized and stored in a standardized kit. The kit allows a patient to take the exercise device on the go and makes home-health treatment of oropharyngeal disorders easier and more accessible. Patients can customize the exercise type and resistance. A variety of mouthpieces also allows patients to perform not only isometric exercises, but also perform dynamic exercises to increase flexibility and range of motion.
Basketball training apparatus
A basketball training apparatus that is operable to simulate a defensive player for a user that is practicing their offensive skillset. The basketball training apparatus further includes a housing assembly having a lower portion and an upper portion that are perpendicularly secured. The housing assembly is moveably secured to a mounting block wherein the mounting block is disposed within the lower portion of the housing assembly. The housing assembly is operable to tiltably move from a first upright position to a second position wherein the upper portion is tilted towards the ground. A plurality of blocking members are releasably secured to the upper portion of the housing assembly extending outward therefrom. A visual inhibitor is movably coupled to the upper portion of the housing assembly and extends upwards therefrom. A frame is integrally secured to the mounting block and further includes a base having a wheel assembly.
PORTABLE, COLLAPSIBLE ERGONOMIC TIPPING CHAIR
The tipping chair (10) includes a main strut (12), a pivot seat (34) on the strut (12), a pivot slot (18) defined in the main strut (12) and a pivot strut (24) pivotally secured within the slot (18). Pivoting a prop end (28) of the pivot strut (24) out of the slot (18) of the main strut (12) backward toward a bottom end (14) of the main strut (12) causes a seat end (26) of the pivot strut (24) to raise the pivot seat (34), and the seat end (26) becomes secured to a latch (42) on an a brace surface (40) opposed to a seating surface (38) of the pivot seat (34) to position the chair (10) in a seated configuration. Reversing the process returns the chair (10) to a flat, stored configuration to be optionally stored as wall art.
MULTI-FUNCTION EXERCISE APPARATUS
A multi-function exercise apparatus for conducting an exercise regimen with a single exercise apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus may be readily reoriented via a selectively extensible caster and wheels to face a desired direction for performance of an exercise. The multi-function exercise apparatus may be provisioned with storage locations to maintain weights and other accessories with the apparatus, to equip the multi-function exercise with the necessary weights and accessories for performing a full body exercise regimen. An articulating frame assembly permits a cushion assembly to be raised in either of a partial tilting configuration and a full tilting configuration. In the partial tilting configuration, a seated exercise apparatus is provided. In the full tilting configuration, a full cushioned surface of the apparatus may be tilted to a desired vertical orientation for performance of other exercises with the apparatus.
