STATIC AIRCRAFT SEAT PRIVACY PANELS

A static aircraft seat privacy panel may include a body. At least a portion of a surface of the body may be shaped to at least partially conform with at least a portion of an aircraft seat. A lower edge of the body may be configured to couple to a floor via a set of floor-mounted components. The set of floor-mounted components may be within the floor separate from a set of seat tracks of an aircraft seat compliant with 16G force requirements for aviation transport. An upper edge of the body may be configured to be offset a selected distance from a surface of one or more overhead structures of the aircraft cabin when the body is coupled to one or more structures positioned proximate to a ceiling of the aircraft cabin. The static aircraft seat privacy panel may be compliant with 9G force requirements for aviation transport.

CONVERTIBLE LOUNGE SOFA AND METHODS OF USE

In-aircraft seats include plastic components having anti-microbial, metallic reinforcing fibers such as copper or silver. Copper or silver wires are embedded into the plastic at the time or molding to provide both structural reinforcement and anti-microbial properties. At the time of molding, copper or silver wires are disposed in a plastic mold prior to plastic application to ensure the metallic wires are generally disposed toward the surface of the molded part.

SPRING CLUTCH ARM ASSEMBLY

A spring clutch arm assembly includes a moveable arm comprising a retracted configuration and a deployed configuration, a fixed shaft, and a spring portion comprising a moving portion with a distal end and a coil portion wrapped around the fixed shaft. The moveable arm may include a moveable member. The distal end may be attached to the moveable member. The moveable arm may be held in the deployed configuration by the spring portion.

Multi-function credenza

A multi-function credenza includes at least one cabinet with a first top surface and a seat adjacent the cabinet. The seat has a convertible seat back for converting to a second top surface adjacent to the first top surface when the seat is stowed. A multi-function credenza in an aircraft cabin includes a first cabinet that has a first inboard panel and a first top surface, a second cabinet that has a second inboard panel and a second top surface, and a stowable seat located between the first cabinet and the second cabinet. A stowable seat includes a seat back that has a first side adapted for seating in a first mode and a second side adapted as a working surface in a second mode. The seat back articulates between the first mode and the second mode for deploying and stowing the seat, respectively.

Aircraft pilot seat

A pilot's seat offering an evacuation device. The seat comprises a ladder fixed to the rear of the back and covered by a detachable cover associated with the seat and deployable between a storage position retracted inside the cover and a deployed evacuation position, in which case the cover is detached. Thus, the evacuation device is incorporated harmoniously into the seat which offers a solid base for the evacuation ladder.

Contoured class divider

An implementation of a contoured class divider for dividing an aircraft cabin includes a panel positioned between an aft seat and a forward seat, the panel having an aft-facing convex contour closely matching an aft-facing contour of a seatback of the forward seat and configured to enhance space utilization. The contoured class divider may include an articulation system to articulate at least a portion of the panel from a first position (normal operation) to a second position (emergency landing). The contoured class divider may provide up to an additional 12 inches of space which can be used to reduce seat pitch (and thereby enhance passenger comfort) or increase the number of rows of seats on a given aircraft.

HOLDER

A holder for holding a rolled-up newspaper comprises one or more elastic members and a grip that has a shaped surface for positioning against a rolled-up newspaper. When the one or more elastic members are secured to a rear surface of a vehicle seat back or to a literature pocket positioned on the rear surface of a vehicle seat back, the one or more elastic members urge the shaped surface of the grip towards the rear surface of the seat back, or of a literature pocket positioned between the grip and the rear surface of the seat back, such that when a rolled-up newspaper is positioned between the shaped surface of the grip and the rear surface of the seat back or the rear surface of the literature pocket, the newspaper is held in place between the shaped surface of the grip and the seat back or the literature pocket.

Tiered passenger seat console assembly

A console assembly and aircraft passenger seat arrangement including the same, the console assembly including a vertical back panel for affixing to a side wall of a static structure. The console assembly further including upper and lower tiers affixed to and extending horizontally from the vertical back panel, in which the upper tier is above and spaced apart from the lower tier. The lower tier may include a modular front panel for mounting electric devices, such as power ports and in-flight entertainment devices, for example. Thus, the vertical stacking of the upper and lower tiers may allow for condensed stowage space, while maintaining clear visual aesthetics without hiding useful features from view.
