To empty the product tank, at least one outlet means is brought into an emptying position, and a residue of the first product is discharged at least partially from the sterile environment, via the outlet means located in the emptying position. The outlet means is removed from the emptying position following the emptying of the product tank. Packages are subsequently each successively filled with a second product in a sterile environment, via a filling outlet connected to a product tank.

The present invention relates to a sheetlike composite comprising, as mutually superposed layers, a) a carrier layer, b) a barrier layer, and c) an inner polymer layer,
wherein the sheetlike composite has a multitude of groove lines arranged and configured such that, by folding the sheetlike composite along the groove lines and joining seam areas of the sheetlike composite thereby obtaining seams, a closed container is obtainable, wherein the closed container has a roof area, wherein a first portion of the groove lines of the multitude of groove lines at least partly forms a circumference of a first part-area of the roof area, wherein the groove lines of the first portion, relative to the first part-area of the roof area, have at least partly convex curvature, wherein the first part-area of the roof area has a first length in a longitudinal direction and has a second length in a circumferential direction at right angles to the longitudinal direction, wherein a ratio of the first length to the second length is in a range from 0.2 to 2.0. The invention further relates to methods of producing a sheetlike composite, a container precursor and a closed container, and to the aforementioned method products; to a further container precursor; to a further closed container; and to a use of the sheetlike composite.
Method and Device for Forming Package Bodies Which Are Open on One Side Using an Oscillating Gripper
Described and illustrated is a device for at least partially unfolding package sleeves, having a magazine comprising a stack formed from package sleeves, wherein the package sleeves of the stack are folded flat around at least two folding edges extending in the longitudinal direction of the package sleeves and wherein a gripper is provided for gripping a side of the package sleeves facing away from the stack and for moving, in particular pulling, the package sleeves along a withdrawal transport path with the folding edges into grooves of at least one receptacle of a moulding station and wherein the grooves are spaced so that the folding edges of the package sleeves are spaced apart further in the magazine than in the grooves. In order to further prevent operational malfunctions and allow a more reliable and largely malfunction-free production of packaging bodies which are open on one side from package sleeves which are open on both sides, it is provided that a drive is assigned to the gripper and/or the grooves for moving the package sleeve section gripped by the gripper first along the withdrawal transport path across a groove plane which connects the grooves, then back against the withdrawal transport path across the groove plane, and then again along the withdrawal transport path across the groove plane.
Packaging
Apparatus including a forming anvil device for insertion into an end closure region of a partially formed container, the anvil device comprising a front edge region, a rear edge region, respective lateral edge regions extending between the front and rear edge regions and first and second forming portions each having a corner-forming zone including at the respective rear edge region and a lateral edge region arranged substantially orthogonal to each other, each lateral edge region, extending away from the corner-forming zone and towards the front edge region, also including an obliquely inwardly arranged portion. Also disclosed are apparatus for forming a bend in a packaging laminate about a boundary zone free from a pre-formed line of weakness and apparatus comprising a pressing device comprising an outermost pressing surface and connected to an arm member rotatable about an axis whereby rotating the arm member rotates the outermost pressing surface about the axis, wherein the outermost pressing surface is arranged at an oblique angle relative to the axis. Aspects of the partially formed container are also disclosed.
