An ankle and foot therapy and strengthening device includes a base having a top surface with a groove configured to receive and support a lower leg of a user; band adjustment and locking devices mounted to the base; and one or more resistance bands configured to be locked into the band adjustment and locking devices, the resistance bands comprising a toe engaging device attached thereto.

An apparatus for exercise has a base with first and second ends. A housing is coupled to the base adjacent to the first end. Wheels are coupled to the housing. The wheels are independently rotatable about a first axis. Pedals can be engaged by a user. Each pedal is coupled to and extend from a respective wheel, and facilitate rotation of the wheels. A resistance mechanism can be coupled to the first housing adjacent to the wheels. The resistance mechanism can independently resist rotation of each of the wheels when the pedals are selectively engaged by the user. An actuator can be coupled to the resistance mechanism and can actuate the resistance mechanism. A control system can be coupled to and control the actuator. The control system can independently vary the resistance to each of the wheels, and can independently stop rotation of each of the wheels.

The table top structure has a first and second table top ends and a first and second table top sides extending between the first and second table top ends. In a multi-functional storage container and fitness training system, a storage container of the system includes additional functionality and utility as one or more of a combination of a fitness exercise station, a portable cooler or personal storage container, and a platform to secure smart electronic devices thereon such as smartphones, tablet-like devices, and the like, providing a charging station function to charge these smart devices. The example system may alternatively be understood as a fitness exercise station having multi-functional utility beyond exercise, or a storage container having multi-functional utility beyond the storage of articles.
