Method for coating cheese products
A method for preparing a coated cheese product, includes: a) injecting a cheese material in the viscous state between two coating films, the films being malleable at the storage temperature of the coated cheese product, and each including, on the outer face, at least one external layer of a coating composition C1 in the gelled state, the coating composition including at least one hydrophobic polymer, and b) shaping at least a coated cheese product by pressure on the outer face of each coating film to obtain a coated cheese product including a cheese core including the material and a coating that is malleable at the storage temperature of the coated cheese product and sealed against moisture and microorganisms, and completely surrounds the core at its periphery, the coating being formed by assembly by pressure of the two coating films including at least an outer layer of the coating composition C1.
Conveyor device for conveying food products
A conveyor device for conveying food products on a plurality of parallel conveyor tracks and for formatting the food products in a specific product format, especially for conveying and formatting stacks or interleaved units made of a plurality of slices of cheese or meat products is provided. The conveyor device fills a product gap on one of the conveyor tracks incoming on the input side with a food product so that on the output side all parallel conveyor tracks are supplied with the food products when a product gap is sensed. A corresponding method is also provided.

The invention relates to a food packaging (10), particularly for milk or cheese products (20), comprising two hollow shells (12, 14), each of the two shells (12, 14) having a plane of symmetry (S) and extending to a predetermined depth (p12, p14) and having predetermined thickness (e), the joining plane (16) being substantially orthogonal to the plane of symmetry (S), said packaging being characterized by the fact that at least one of the two shells (12, 14) has a depth (p12, p14), measured in said plane of symmetry (S), that is greater than or equal to its thickness (e) measured in the joining plane (16). The invention also relates to a method of producing a food packaging (10), in particular for milk or cheese products (20).

An apparatus for delivering product carriers, in particular L boards, to a conveying line for food products comprises a store for the product carriers and a conveying device for conveying the product carriers, in particular isolated product carriers, along a conveying direction to the conveying line, wherein each product carrier has at least one base section and at least one cover section connected to the base section; and wherein the apparatus comprises a pre-treatment device for the product carriers that is configured to pre-treat the cover section of a product carrier with respect to its base section.

A package for dairy products, in particular solid or semi-solid dairy products, including a bag provided with at least one pair of lateral walls reciprocally joined by means of first welding lines and at least one bottom wall, so as to define a housing compartment. A dairy product is housed in the compartment defined inside the bag. The bag includes second welding lines made in correspondence with top parts of the bag and positioned on opposite sides of the bottom wall. The second welding lines are disposed diagonally with respect to the first welding lines and with respect to the bottom wall and configured and oriented so as to progressively narrow the housing compartment toward the bottom wall of the bag. The dairy product includes at least a central support zone on the bottom wall and the bag includes at least lateral support zones defined by the opposite top parts.
INTERLEAVE FOR FOOD SLICES
A cheese package has at least three individual slices of cheese in a stack. The cheese package includes a separator between each adjacent pair of slices such that adjacent slices do not contact one another. Each separator has a body and a tab extending beyond the stack, the body having sufficient rigidity for a user to lift any one of the separators using the tab from the stack to remove at least one slice while maintaining the integrity of the removed at least one slice. The cheese package also includes packaging surrounding the stack.
