An apparatus is disclosed for the manufacture of a filter for disposable capsules for the preparation of beverages from a flat disc made of filtering material. The apparatus comprises a transfer element for transferring the flat disc, a forming element for forming the flat disc to conform it in a cup shape with a pleating on a lateral perimeter surface thereof, an insertion element for inserting the pleated cup inside a waterproof cup as well as a retaining element for continuously retaining the flat disc in a predetermined position at least in the transfer and forming elements and during the transfer thereof between the transfer and forming elements.

A coupling method for coupling a component of a container to the container is presented. The method includes: arranging a coupling unit including a coupling assembly with a frame, a gripping device for the component, a coupling device for constraining the component to the container; arranging the container and the component at least partially within the container, providing at least a minimum spacing between a bottom of the component and a base of the container; moving and activating the gripping device at a removal position of the component; moving the retaining element and the coupling element to a coupling position; deactivating the retaining element, thus deactivating a constraint between the gripping element and the component; and activating said coupling element to produce a stable coupling between the couplable portion of the component and the container, deactivating and moving the coupling element.

An apparatus for filling disposable capsules for preparation of beverages is disclosed. The apparatus includes a belt production line in continuous advancement comprising a plurality of seats arranged at a constant pitch for housing a plurality of capsules to be filled, a filling unit above the belt production line including a plurality of dosers for dosing food substance, wherein the plurality of dosers is configured in at least one rectilinear row of dosers and the plurality of seats is configured for transit below the filling unit in at least one rectilinear row of seats, in that the plurality of dosers is arranged at a constant pitch greater than the constant pitch of the plurality of housing seats. In addition, a coordinated movement element is envisaged, configured to impose on the rectilinear row of dosers and on said rectilinear row of seats a null relative speed.
