Transfer wheel between a lollipop forming and a lollipop wrapping unit
A lollipop production and down-stream processing apparatus with a forming unit and a down-stream processing unit and a transfer wheel in between the units which rotates around a first axis and which includes a multitude of grippers which releasably hold the stick of the lollipop and which rotate relative to the transfer wheel around a second axis of rotation parallel to the first axis of rotation.
STAR CONVEYOR FOR CONTAINERS
A star conveyor for containers which includes at least one supporting body which can move rotatably about a rotation axis, and supports peripherally a plurality of gripping devices, which are distributed around its rotation axis and are each adapted to retain a respective container to be conveyed; each one of the gripping devices includes at least one respective pair of gripping arms; at least one gripping arm of such pair of gripping arms includes a main body and at least one adapter element which is detachably attached to the main body and is interchangeable with at least one other adapter element of a different type, in order to vary the configuration of the at least one gripping arm according to the type of container to be conveyed.

A GRIPPER DEVICE
A gripper device is configured to pick up a pliable food product having a tail-like part from a pick-up area and releasing it at a releasing area, where a support is provided. A pair of jaws is mounted to the support for movement of distal ends thereof towards each other defining a closing position of the pair of jaws and away from each other defining an open position of the pair of jaws. A tail bender device is attached to the support and adjacent to one end of the pair of jaws. The tail bender device is moveable in relation to the pair of jaws and is configured to bend the tail-like part while transferring the food product from the pick-up area until releasing it at the releasing area.

BOX PACKING DEVICE
A box packing device includes a first arm, a first hand, and a controller. The first hand includes a hand base, a gripping mechanism at the hand base and including a gripper to grip an upper-end of a flap of a large box, and a holding mechanism at the hand base and including a holder to hold an inner box. The controller controls the operation of the first arm and the first hand so as to perform a developing operation in which the gripping part of the gripping mechanism moves in a horizontal plane so as to develop the large box while gripping the upper-end part of the flap part of the large box in a folded state, and an accommodating operation in which the holder of the holding mechanism accommodates the inner box into the developed large box while holding the inner box.

BUD SORTING AND PACKAGING APPARATUS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A cannabis bud sorting, picking and filling system includes a computer vision system operable to view and estimate the weight of a plurality of buds on a bud picking tray and to direct a bud picker robot to pick a plurality of buds from the bud picking tray and deposit the picked buds in an amount to load a container to its predetermined loaded target weight. A computer vision system acquires a digital image of product items having a product type, identifying each product item in the image, determining a pixel-based area for each identified product item, predicting a weight of each identified product item based on a size thereof, the determined pixel-based area and a predetermined density based on the product type, grouping, based on the predicted weights, the identified product items into groups satisfying the target weight, and automatedly picking and placing each group into a container.
