Dispensing device and group of such dispensing devices
The invention relates to a dispensing device for flowable products, the dispensing device comprising: at least a first and second plugs adapted to allow or prevent the flow of product; a first guide block comprising a guide hole adapted to guide the first plug, and a channel in communication with the guide hole, that allows the passage of maintenance fluid; a second guide block isolated from the first guide block, the second guide block comprising a guide hole able to guide the second plug, and a channel for passage of maintenance fluid, and a coupling adapted to connect in a fluidtight manner the channel of the first guide block to the channel of the second guide block, in order to allow the passage of maintenance fluid.
Filling valve for liquids
A filling valve for liquids, includes a liquid feed into a valve chamber, a valve seat, a closure element, which interacts with the valve seat and moves between an open position and a closed position, an outlet for the liquid, and a cylindrical discharge element arranged at the outlet with a plurality of passages. The surface of the discharge element facing the closure element forms a part of the valve seat. To avoid clogging of the passages in the discharge element by fibers in the liquid, the passages ending at the surface of the discharge element are extended from the surface toward the closure element by tubes. Each tube can be closed by a cap which surrounds the tube at least in the closed position forming an annular space.
Gathering and dispensing scoop with gate valve
A gathering and dispensing scoop with agitating gate valve provides a hemispherically shaped scoop body defining an upper opening, a bottom opening, and a channel extending therebetween. A handle extends radially from an outer peripheral surface of the scoop body. A sector shaped gate valve transects the channel and has a user operable finger tab adjacent to the handle for a user to pivot the gate valve from a first position obstructing the bottom opening to a second position wherein the gate valve no longer obstructs the channel and opens the bottom opening.
PRODUCT OUTPUT DEVICE
A product output device for a product supply system, in which a first product supply device and a second product supply device provide product amounts in a first collecting container and a second collecting container. Both collecting containers are provided with respective first closure flaps and second closure flaps. As soon as the collecting containers are positioned above the product receiving device, the closure flaps can open in order to drop the product into the product receiving device. The collecting container, comprising the first collecting container and the second collecting container, can be pivoted to an output position of the first collecting container, or to a output position of the second collecting container. Herein, the pivoting movement to the respectively different output positions begins before the first closure flaps have closed.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FILLING SYRINGES
The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for filling a syringe. The apparatus comprises: a pipeline for delivering a low viscous material discharged from a container; at least one downwardly directed injection port to connect with a syringe to be filled with the material delivered through the pipeline; a piston disposed within the syringe to be linearly movable in a longitudinal direction of the syringe and sealing the injected material between the injection port and the piston; and a syringe rod coupled to the syringe so as to press the piston into the syringe and to indicate a position of the piston. Each injection port has a needle valve to open and close the injection port.
AN ASEPTIC FILLER DEVICE OF CONTAINERS PROVIDED WITH A FILLER MOUTH CLOSED BY A REMOVABLE CAP
An aseptic filler device of containers provided with a filler mouth closed by a removable cap includes a tubular element having an open end, able to be inserted with radial play on the cap of the container to be filled and able to go into contact with the mouth and extend the mouth axially, a first radial opening, associated to a branch conduit connectable to a supply line of a product and to a source line of a sterilizing fluid via a selection valve, and a second radial opening, associated to a discharge conduit provided with opening and closing valves; and a gripping element of the cap of the container inserted internally of the tubular element and mobile between a neared position to the open end of the tubular element and a distanced position therefrom.
FILLING DEVICE FOR HETEROGENEOUS PRODUCTS
The present invention relates to a filling device for heterogeneous products or products which have solid or semi-solid suspended elements with variable dimensions and compactness. The valve of the invention can be used in net weight filling machines.
In particular, the invention relates to a filling device (1) for filling machines, comprising a hollow body (2) in which a shutter member (3) is movably fitted and acts in cooperation with a dispensing member (4), which is coaxial to said shutter member (3), to close or open a dispensing opening (5) for a product (P) to be dispensed into a container (C), characterized in that said dispensing member (4) comprises a rotatable shaft (10) comprising a screw portion (14) adapted to impart a dispensing pressure and a mixing to the product (P).
FLOW CONTROL VALVE FOR FILLING MACHINE
A flow control valve for a filling machine configured to fill receptacles with a pourable product, the flow control valve comprising: a tubular body defining a channel for the pourable product, the tubular body having a longitudinal axis and terminating with at least one narrowed end mouth; and a shutter movable within the channel between a closed position, and an open position. The shutter includes a main portion coupled in a sliding manner with an inner surface of the tubular body; and a narrowed closing head, wherein the main portion of the shutter includes a flat plate extending along a diameter of the channel with respect to the longitudinal axis, contacting the inner surface of the tubular body at opposite sides and defining, with the remaining portions of the inner surface, two opposite cavities, which have respective profiles shaped as circular segments and through which the pourable product can flow during operation.
FILLING NEEDLE FOR FILLING A CONTAINER WITH A FLUID
A filling needle for filling a container with a fluid, in particular a pharmaceutical or cosmetic fluid, having a housing that extends along a longitudinal axis and has an inlet opening and an outlet opening, having a core element arranged within the housing so as to be displaceable between an opening position and a closure position, having a plunger element coupled to the core element that closes and opens the outlet opening, and having an actuating arrangement for the displacement of the core element between the opening position and the closure position. The core element has at least one core magnet, wherein the actuating arrangement is arranged outside the housing and has at least one actuating magnet, and wherein core actuating magnets are arranged such that they interact with an attractive action and the core element and the actuating arrangement are displaceable jointly parallel to the longitudinal axis.
