Tube sealer
A device for sealing sample tubes comprises a tool assembly configured to interface with a rack holding a plurality of sample storage tubes, the tool assembly holding a plurality of punches and a die plate including a plurality of cutting holes, with each of the plurality of cutting holes accepting one of the plurality of punches. The tool assembly receives a foil sheet between the punches and the die plate. The device includes an actuator enabling linear movement of the tool assembly. Linear movement of the tool assembly towards the rack engages the die plate against the rack and punches the punches through the cutting holes of the die plate to punch a plurality of sealing sections from the foil sheet and to press and seal each of the sealing sections against a top end of each of the plurality of sample storage tubes in the rack.
DEVICE FOR WELDING TWO OVERLAPPING FILM SECTIONS SITUATED ON ONE SIDE OF A GOODS STACK, PREFERABLY ON THE UPPER SIDE OF A GOODS STACK, TO FORM A WRAPPING
The invention is a device for welding two overlapping film sections situated on one side of a goods stack. The device includes a welding bar with a welding surface oriented in the direction of the film sections to be welded. The spacing between the welding bar and the film sections is reducible. The welding surface is elastically deformable into a concave course and/or to a convex course between its two ends. At least one displacing device adjusts the course of the welding surface to a concave and/or to a convex course. The displacing device displaces welding bar. A control unit of the welding bar individually controllable, such that the curvature of the welding bar is adjustable to the contour of the side of the goods stack in the region of the film sections to be welded with one another for the subsequent welding of the overlapping film sections.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A BAG RECEIVED IN AN ENVELOPE
The present invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing a bag received in an envelope and containing a brewable material with a bag manufacturing means which is configured to manufacture a bag containing brewable material, and with a sealing station with a sealing jaw element and a counter-jaw element which act on the envelope from opposite sides to seal in the bag. The device is further developed for a reliable and safe manufacture of the packing unit consisting of a bag and an envelope by the sealing jaw element being fixed to a sealing jaw swivel arm at which a sealing jaw connecting rod is applied, and the counter-jaw element being fixed to a counter-jaw swivel arm at which a counter-jaw connecting rod is applied, and by the sealing jaw connecting rod and the counter-jaw connecting rod being each eccentrically connected to a common drive shaft of a servomotor. In the method according to the invention, the contact force between the sealing jaw element and the counter-jaw element is controlled via the torque of the servomotor actuating the sealing jaw element and/or the counter-jaw element.
DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING A POUCH ACCOMMODATED IN A WRAPPING
The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a pouch containing a brewable material accommodated in a wrapping, comprising a pouch manufacturing device adapted to manufacture a water-permeable pouch containing brewable material, and comprising a sealing station with two sealing jaws movable relative to one another for sealing the pouch in the wrapping placed in a U-shape around the pouch, wherein the sealing jaws are configured to form longitudinal seals (L) lying opposite one another and a transverse seal (Q) extending transversely thereto on the wrapping, wherein at least one sealing jaw comprises first and second sealing jaw elements each configured to form one of the longitudinal seals (L) and a segment of the transverse seal (Q).
BAGGING MACHINE AND METHOD
A product bagging assembly and method of manipulating a web material bag that is operable to create a bag opening that is greater than six inches and which is operable without substantially detracting from product throughput associated with use and operation of the product bagging assembly. In a preferred embodiment, the bag opening/dosing assembly includes a first actuator and a second actuator that are connected to one another such that a position of one of the actuators can be manipulated by operation of the other actuator. The product bagging assembly can be provided as a kit configured for plug and play operation with previously provided bag and product delivery systems.
Filling machine for filling of a flexible pouch type package
A filling machine for filling flexible pouch type packages that includes a transport unit arranged for intermittent, edgewise advancement of the packages from an upstream station to a downstream station. The transport unit is movable in a reciprocating manner between a first end position and a second end position, and includes a first gripping member arranged to retrieve packages from the upstream station and delivered to the filling station, a second gripping member arranged to retrieve packages from the filling station and delivered to the downstream station and a suction cup member arranged for opening the filling channel of the packages retrieved by the first gripping member. The suction cup member includes, for each package retrieved by the first gripping member, a pair of oppositely arranged suction cups movably arranged in order to engage and separate side wall sections defining the filling channel of the associated package.
Vacuum Sealing Machine Capable of Locking Cover Automatically Having Upper Cover Limiting Mechanism
A vacuum sealing machine capable of locking a cover automatically having an upper cover limiting mechanism, comprising: an upper cover (10), a lower base (20), and vacuumizing grooves. The upper cover (10) is hinged to the lower base (20), and the vacuumizing grooves are located at the front portion of the vacuum sealing machine. The vacuum sealing machine comprises a cover locking mechanism and an upper cover limiting mechanism. The cover locking mechanism is mounted on the upper cover (10) or the lower base (20); the cover locking mechanism is connected to the upper cover limiting mechanism; the upper cover limiting mechanism comprises a limiting lock plate (40) and a limiting portion (36); the limiting lock plate (40) movably mounted on the upper cover (10) is snap-fitted with the limiting portion (36) provided on the lower base (20), or the limiting lock plate (40) movably mounted on the lower base (20) is snap-fitted with the limiting portion (36) provided on the upper cover (10); and the limiting lock plate (40) and the limiting portion part (36) are snap-fitted to form a bag-entry gap having a set height between the limiting lock plate (40) and the limiting portion (36). The present vacuum sealing machine can automatically lock and open the cover, so that the entire vacuum sealing work can be automatically completed only by fixing a vacuum packaging bag with both hands and pressing a start button of the vacuum sealing machine. The use of the machine is simple and convenient.
