Multi-part label systems, and methods for their assembly. A carrier material with a first label and a second label removably adhered thereto is provided. The first label and second label are dispensed from the carrier material and applied to a surface simultaneously, whereby after application the underside of the first label is in contact with the surface and the undersurface of the second label is in contact with the top side of the first label.
LABELING DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a fully automated labeling device which comprises: a transport device for transporting the objects, a label providing device, a label transfer device for transferring labels, a gluing device for applying glue onto the labels, an artificial intelligence open-loop and/or closed-loop control device, and a sensor system having a plurality of sensor units for monitoring a plurality of operating parameters and quality parameters, and outputting a plurality of sensor data. The open-loop and/or closed-loop control device is designed to obtain the sensor data from the sensor system and to fully automatically control and/or regulate the setting and adjusting of the operating parameters on the basis of these sensor data.
LABEL FEEDER FOR HYBRID IRREGULAR COMPONENT INSERTION ROBOT
There is a provided a label feeder for a hybrid irregular component insertion robot, the label feeder includes: a label printer configured to print a label to be attached to a printed circuit board or an electronic component supplied from an electronic component supply unit to a hybrid irregular component insertion robot, and to enable the printed label to be published; and a label supply unit configured to take over the label being published from the label printer and supply the label to a label pickup position provided inside the hybrid irregular component insertion robot.
LABELING APPARATUS AND DISCHARGE PORTION AND GRIPPING PORTION THEREOF
A labeling apparatus includes: a housing; a printing portion provided in the housing and configured to print on a plurality of labels of a label sheet being provided with an adhesive layer; a peeling portion provided in the housing and configured to peel the label printed by the printing portion from the elongated mount; a discharge portion provided in the housing and having a discharge port for discharging the label peeled by the peeling portion, the discharge port being arranged at an end portion that is away from the housing; and a gripping portion provided on a side of the housing different from the discharge portion and configured to allow a user to grip with one hand, wherein the discharge portion includes a holder configured to hold the label peeled by the peeling portion before the label is discharged from the discharge port.
Method and device for monitoring a labeling process
A method for monitoring a labeling process, characterized in that parameters of the adhesive used for labeling and/or of the objects (306) to be labeled and/or of the environmental conditions of the environment of the labeling process are recorded, wherein the recorded parameters are processed by a control device (100) comprising a data processing system (101) in a given time interval or continuously and are matched with corresponding desired values, wherein said corresponding desired values can be changed via an input interface (104, 109) and wherein deviations between the recorded parameters and the desired values detected by the data processing system are output via an output interface (103) to an external device (200).

Method for operating a labelling system
The invention relates to a method for operating a labelling system which comprises a labelling device (1) having a feed assembly (2), a dispensing assembly (4) and an application assembly (6); wherein at least one of these functional units comprises a sensor assembly (8, 9, 10); wherein, in a labelling routine, a control assembly (11) activates the functional units in order to carry out the labelling process; wherein, in a monitoring routine, a monitoring assembly (12) captures the sensor data detected by the sensor assemblies (8, 9, 10), which data correspond to a sensor capture density specified for the corresponding functional unit; wherein the labelling system comprises a user interface (13). According to the invention, in a user-query routine, a user is prompted by the user interface (13) to input a state relating to a functional aspect of the labelling system, and the input state is transmitted to the monitoring assembly (12), which compares the input state with a specified state and, in the event of deviation, executes an internal response routine in which a sensor capture density, which is changed with respect to the previous sensor capture density, of at least one functional unit is specified; and, following the user query routine, the labelling routine and the monitoring routine are executed using the changed sensor capture density specified from the user query routine.
