What is disclosed is a container for transporting and storing goods, having a floor and side walls extending from the floor. In accordance with the invention, at least one of the side walls or a part thereof is formed by a grid-like structure which is extensible and compressible or able to be pulled apart and squeezed together at least in one direction and within the side wall plane so as to demarcate or to close the container toward the side in a first position and to release the container toward the side in a second position.

A blank for a box made from an expandable material, which is initially molded to be substantially flat and in which folds forming hinges are to be made to enable the formation of the box. The tooling defines the shape of the blank is such as to provide a thickness of the expanded material that is less than the thickness of a major portion of the blank, in which folds are to be made having defined edges, generally in the direction of each fold; the fold and subsequently applying pressure along an area where folds are to be permitted to reduce the blank are made without removing material therefrom for providing hinges to permit formation of the box. A related method for making the blank and a box that is made from the blank are further provided.

A packaging box includes a bottom plate, two cover plates, two external plates, two internal plates, and four flaps. Each of the flaps has an engaging opening. When the packaging box is formed, the four flaps are respectively folded to closely contact the corresponding external plates, and the two internal plates are respectively folded to be inserted into the engaging openings of the two flaps on the corresponding sides, to save materials of the packaging box.

A blow-molded plastic panel 23 is for a flat-packable storage container 10. At least a portion 236 of the panel 23 has a substantially planar extent. The panel portion 236 has first and second outer wall surfaces substantially aligned with the substantially planar extent of the panel portion 236. One or more cavities 233 lies between the first and second outer wall surfaces. The panel portion 236 is provided with a plurality of recesses 237 in the first outer wall surface which are recessed in the direction of the second outer wall surface. The recesses 237 are spaced longitudinally and transversely relative to the substantially planar extent of the panel portion.

The current invention discloses a container for the transport of piece goods, whereby said container is selectably configurable between a folded configuration and an expanded operational configuration. Said container is comprised of a container body which has two pairs of side panels defining an internal compartment, a bottom and an open top surface. Said open top surface is closable by a lid attached to a side panel of said container and enclosing at least partially edges of those side panels not connected to said lid, characterized in that said lid is attached to said side panel by a hinge portion, whereby the container body in said folded configuration is rotatable along a longitudinal axis along said hinge portion to allow at least partial stowage in said lid.

A collapsible box has a bottom with a plurality of foldable walls, each of which is hinged to the bottom. Each wall is displaceable between a collapsed state and an erected state, in which the walls are connected by locking means. The bottom and the walls in the erected state define a space. A child resistant container that is foldable and comprises a child resistant closure system, wherein the container is capable of storing and securing a variety of objects and substances of different sizes, shapes, and other characteristics. The closure system is adapted for securing the container in a folded position that securely maintains the contents of the container. The closure system generally comprises a cap selectively removable relative to a neck portion of the closure system. The closure system may further comprise a tether for permanently or semi-permanently attaching the cap to the container. The neck portion being adapted for projecting through hole members provided in the container, such that projecting the neck portion through the hole members and fastening the cap to the neck portion selectively secures the container in a folded position.

Collapsible reusable watertight carrying cases are provided in sizes varying from small containers to large sealable container bins on wheels, to provide large quantities of water to remote areas not served by public water supplies, or where water supplies are unavailable because of weather disasters. The cases are assembled or disassembled from a joined flat space-saving configuration to a functioning case and vice-versa. The sides of the cases are erected progressively by hand by interlocking elements at the corners. The panels also disassemble progressively by being manually pulled apart. When folded into a flat storage or shipping configuration, the panels stay together, resisting unfolding by virtue of snaps which are either molded into the panels or bonded to them. The carrying cases are resistant to water, dirt, bacteria, molds, allergens, and inclement weather.
