The travel exercise equipment includes a pair of containers having handles adapted to be carried by a corresponding yoke.

A treadmill may include two separate left and right belts rotating around two sets of rollers, four legs having an adjustable height via air suspension to customize an inclination of the treadmill, a thermoelectric assembly, a fragrance assembly having a rotating fragrance cartridge to emit various smells toward a user of the treadmill, a display on which exercise programs are played, and an attachment module having a dispensing tray on which treats are dispensed. A handle of the treadmill may have a sensor to sense a height and front-rear position, and a belt divider provided between the left and right belts may have position or proximity sensors to sense a left-right position. An inclination of the treadmill may be automatically adjusted according to positions detected by the sensors, and the fragrance assembly, attachment module, and inclination may be automatically operated in accordance with an exercise program played on the display.

An instructional device for an instructor to use with a student for downhill skiing is disclosed. In use, the instructor skis to the side and behind the student skier. A curved extension member is provided at the end of a shaft and is placed against the student skier's midsection to provide stability and balance for the student. Two student handles can be attached to the extension member. The student handles serve two purposes. The device can be easily converted for use either from the student's right side or left side, depending on the instructor's preference. Second, the student handles can be added as the student progresses to help correctly position the student's hands and develop good posture for the eventual use of ski poles. An instructor handle is located along the shaft. The instructor handle may be adjustable along the length of the shaft.

A portable exercise system that can be attached to the uprights on any commonly available training rig, squat stand, or power rack, and for resistance can use any attachable weight. The system includes an upper pulley assembly, a lower pulley assembly and an anchor assembly. The anchor assembly utilizes a wedge and block to set the cable length and is adapted to attach the weights. The upper pulley assembly includes pulleys to keep the cable aligned and the resistance coming from above. The lower pulley assembly could be hinged for an additional degree of freedom. The cable runs through the lower pulleys, to the upper pulleys, and down to the anchor and weights. The other end of the cable has a fixed loop for attaching a handle for the user.

The table top structure has a first and second table top ends and a first and second table top sides extending between the first and second table top ends. The game table further includes a first table side wall and a second table side wall extending downwards from the table top structure. Fascia activation and training devices having an adjustable length, collapsible, elongate device body having opposing ends to which open ended interchangeable cuffs are removably mounted. The end cuffs of the training devices provide for inward and/or outward compression forces to be applied by a user's body members engaging such end cuffs, thereby enhancing fascial activation and training, and providing users with proprioceptive feedback, making motor learning in biomechanical retraining through fascia remodeling possible. Methods of use of such training devices provide for the use of multiple types of training devices in combination, resulting in the enhanced training of biomechanical chains of muscles.

Launch and catch apparatus, kits including the same, and methods of using the same to launch and catch balls and other projectiles. The apparatus include a frame and a tubular body operatively coupled to the frame. The frame includes a handle and defines an inlet opening sized to receive a projectile. The tubular body includes an inlet region operatively coupled to the frame to receive the projectile when the projectile passes through the inlet opening. The tubular body further includes an outlet region configured to receive and retain the projectile after the projectile passes through the inlet opening. The apparatus is configured to launch the projectile out of an outlet opening of the outlet region. The outlet opening may have an adjustable nominal size and may be configured to resiliently expand when a projectile is launched out of the outlet opening.

A stationary bicycle having a ballet barre coupled thereto is disclosed herein. While the stationary bicycle can have any suitable feature, in some cases, it includes a seat assembly having a seat post that is configured to be selectively raised and lowered with respect to a pedal axis of the stationary bicycle, a seat slide that is coupled to the seat post so as to selectively slide forward and backward with respect to the seat post, and a bicycle seat that is coupled to the seat slide. In some cases, the ballet barre is coupled, in a horizontal orientation, to at least one of: the seat post, the seat slide, and the bicycle seat such that the ballet barre is configured to be selectively raised and lowered with respect to the pedal axis of the stationary bicycle.
