Paperboard trays with recyclable interior liner forming leakproof corners
An apparatus and method utilizes a forming machine which includes a mandrel and forming plate each shaped to conform the paperboard and/or corrugated material blank passing through the mandrel into the desired configuration for a leak-proof tray. The blank includes a layer of a suitable paperboard and/or corrugated material, and a layer of leak-proof plastic or paper material disposed over one side of the corrugated material. The corrugated material includes cutouts at each corner of the blank that enable the sides and ends of the blank to be folded relative to one another. The paper material continuously overlaps the surface of the corrugated layer and these cutouts to provide a continuous leak-proof barrier layer within the formed tray and at the corners of the blank when folded to form the tray, as the paper material is folded over itself to form a bellows corner in the tray.
Packaging material
A packaging material as a formed integral includes a lower plate, a first side plate connected to a first side of the lower plate, and a second side plate connected to a second side of the lower plate. The first side plate includes a first plate body, a first bending line formed on the first plate body and for connecting the first side, and a first assembly portion disposed at one side of the first plate body. The second side plate includes a second plate body, a second bending line disposed at one side of the second plate body, and a first connecting portion disposed at one side of the second plate body. The first plate body and the second plate body are bent towards the lower plate, and the first assembly portion is locked and fastened with the first connecting portion to complete the packaging material.
Container With Liner
A method of forming a container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a flange comprising a central panel. An opening can extend in the central panel. The container further can comprise a sidewall comprising at least a panel foldably connected to the central panel and a denesting feature extending outwardly from the sidewall. The denesting feature can be for engaging a nested container positioned below the container in a stacked arrangement and for forming a denesting gap between the flange and the nested container.
Storage box
The storage box is fanned from a sheet provided with a plurality of folding lines defining a parallelepiped provided with six faces. One of the faces is a hinged lid, and it is characterized in that the opposed face to the hinged lid comprises a first sector provided with an oblique folding line that defines a first joining zone. A second sector also provided with an oblique folding line that is joined to the first sector in the first joining zone; and a third sector is provided with an oblique folding line that defines a second joining zone; and a fourth sector that is joined to the third sector in the second joining zone.
Stackable container blank, stackable container, and method for making the same
A container blank, a stackable container, and a method for making a stackable container are disclosed. The container blank includes a base having first and second pairs of opposed base edges, end walls foldably attached to the first base edges, and side walls foldably attached to the second base edges. Each side wall has an outer wall foldably attached to the second base edge along a first fold line, at least one index fold-down flap attached to the outer wall along a second fold line, and an inner wall or inner wall flaps foldably attached to the outer wall along a third fold line. Each index flap has a distal portion with notched or expanding extensions, and optionally, a border at a first angle of less than 90 from the second fold line. The stackable container is made from the container blank (e.g., by the method).
REVERSE TUCK LOCK
A foldable container moveable between a flat configuration and a three-dimensional configuration is provided. The container includes a first panel having a first engagement feature, a second panel having a second engagement feature, and a third panel having a third engagement feature. The first engagement feature is configured to engage with the second engagement feature so as to secure the container in the three-dimensional configuration. The first engagement feature is also configured to engage with the third engagement feature so as to inhibit the first engagement feature from becoming disengaged from the second engagement feature.
Container With Liner
A container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a base layer and a liner at least partially attached to an inner surface of the base layer, a flange comprising a central panel of the base layer, an opening extending in the central panel, and a sidewall comprising at least a panel foldably connected to the central panel along the opening.

Corner configurations for tray containers
A blank for forming a container includes a base having a first pair of opposed base edges and a second pair of opposed base edges. Two sidewall structures are each foldably attached to one of the second base edges. Each of the sidewall structures includes a first wall panel foldably attached to one of the second base edges along a first fold line, a second wall panel foldably attached to the first wall panel configured to be overlapped with the first wall panel to form a side wall. A second minor end flap is foldably attached by a crushed channel to the second side wall panel, and extends in the lateral direction from the second side wall panel. The second minor end flap is configured to overlap a first minor end flap in forming a corner of a container formed from the blank.
