The blank is made of corrugated board that is foldable in half with at least one half having a cutout to receive a good to be shipped. The folded blank forms a flexible insert that may be inserted into a pocket of a mailer. In one embodiment, one half of the blank is formed with multiple cutouts to receive a plurality of goods of the same or different sizes. In another embodiment, both halves of the blank are formed with cutouts.

An aspect of the invention provides a carton comprising a plurality of primary panels defining an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels comprises a top panel, a first side panel hinged to one of opposed side edges of the top panel, a second side panel hinged to the other of the side edges of the top panel, an upper end closure flap hinged to the top panel, a first side end closure flap hinged to the first side panel, a second side end closure flap hinged to the second side panel, and a foldable gusset folded into the interior of the carton. The invention is directed to a stackable container having a gable type top wall and a gable type bottom wall. The top wall of the container can include an upwardly extending tab that cooperates with a slot in the bottom wall of a like container to facilitate stacking of two or more containers. The container includes a front opening.

A triangular package includes three sides and two end tab each covering a portion of an end of the triangular package. A method of forming a triangular package includes bending side portions of stock material to form the sides of the triangular packaging and shrink wrapping the triangular package causing tabs to cover portions of the triangular package ends.
