A carton package is disclosed comprising a top panel, a bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, a left panel, and a right panel separated by four edges. The front panel is connected to the top panel along a front-top edge and is connected to the bottom panel along a front-bottom edge. At a first height, measured from the front-bottom edge, the transversal width of the front panel measured from a front-left edge to a front-right edge is larger than a length of the front-bottom edge, and larger than a length of the front-top edge. At a second height measured from the front-bottom edge, the transversal width of the front panel measured from the front-left edge to the front-right edge is smaller than the length of the front-bottom edge, and smaller than the length of the front-top edge.

A blank for a package configured to retain an article therein can be configured to be wrapped around the article to form a circumferential case around the article and have a longitudinal length longer than the article. The blank can be configured to define the circumferential case to include one or more inward protrusions at or near one or more ends of the circumferential case that is configured to extend into the circumferential case above and/or below the article to retain the article longitudinally.

A bag-in-box packaging includes an outer box, a collapsible inner box disposed within an interior of the outer box, and a dispensing tap coupled to the inner bag. The outer box includes a side wall, a tap access feature formed in the side wall, and a removable top wall. The top wall includes overlapping first and second top flaps. The first top flap is hingedly connected to a front side of the side wall along a first tear line. The second top flap is hingedly connected to a rear side of the side wall along a second tear line. The rear side of the side wall is disposed opposite the front side. The top wall is separable from the side wall along the first and second tear lines.

A carton for holding one or more articles includes a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton and at least partially forming a body portion of the carton. The carton further includes at least one impact-resistant feature extending away from the body portion of the carton.

A blank of sheet material for forming a sleeve container, the blank of sheet material including two side panels each including a bottom edge and a top edge, and two elongated side panels arranged alternatingly with the side panels. A plurality of fold lines are defined between the side panels and the elongated side panels, and the elongated side panels include a side panel portion and a guide flap extending beyond the top edge of the side panels. The side panels and the side panel portions are configured to define an interior cavity of the sleeve container, and the guide flaps are configured to define an insertion guide channel that is in communication with the interior cavity.

The present invention provides a biaxially twisted structure having curved developable surfaces which can be represented by a simple net. The net is in a two-dimensional shape of two congruent rotationally symmetric convex polygons misalignedly connected along a shared edge. A three-dimensional shape of the structure can be reconstructed from the net by sequentially connecting its edges. The structure has a unique design and mechanical feature, which can be utilized as a box, container, part, toy, building and so on.

A carton (90) for packaging one or more articles. The carton includes a plurality of walls which extend at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of walls includes at least one of top (18) and bottom (12, 24) walls, a pair of opposed side walls (14, 16 and 20, 22) and a pair of opposed end walls (26a, 28a, 30a, 34a and 26b, 28b, 30b, 34b). Aspects of the invention are directed toward a carrier (90) for containing a product. The carrier comprises first, second and third connected side panels (16a/16b, 116a/116b, 216a/216b, 316a/316b; 14, 114, 214, 314; 12, 112, 212, 312) which define a three-sided tubular structure having a triangular cross-section. The carrier has a substantially triangular-shaped, crash-bottom-style, bottom wall. The carrier has a mechanical interlocking feature (T1, T2, S1, S2); and a multi-part mechanical locking mechanism. A first top-end closure panel (16a/16b 116a/116b; 215a/215b; 315a/315b) comprises a first part (A1) of said multi-part mechanical locking mechanism. A second top-end closure panel (20a; 120a; 220a; 320a) and a first handle panel (34; 134; 234; 334) coupled thereto, comprise a second part (N2; 334) of the multi-part mechanical locking mechanism; and a third top end closure panel (22a; 122a; 222a; 322a) and a second handle panel (36; 136; 236; 336) coupled thereto, comprise a third part (N1; 336) of said multi-part mechanical locking mechanism.
