Treadmill
A treadmill having novel rapid assembly and safe storage features is provided. There is provided a method and apparatus for tracking a device. The tracked device may be a wearable device worn by a user participating in an athletic activity. An anchor device is positioned with respect to a playing area and receives signals from the tracked device. The anchor device estimates the position of the tracked device by measuring a distance and direction of the signal, and decodes the signal to obtain measurements taken by the tracked device. The position and the measurements are combined to produce tracking data for the device.

The sensor is interchangeably positionable in the mounting port with at least one mass insert, the at least one mass insert being adapted to be interchangeably positioned in the mounting to provide at least two different mass configurations. The method further includes determining a recommended configuration of the at least one mass insert specific to the user based on the operating data generated by the sensor, and transmitting information representative of the recommended mass insert.
