The top member comprises a collar for accommodating the fitness balance device, and is configured to rotate relative to the bottom member with the movement of the ball bearings in the circular track of the bottom member.

The first and second pockets each have an opening configured to removably receive an inflatable bladder for selectively placing the inflatable bladder in one of the first and second pockets. The first and second pockets each position an inflatable bladder received therein under a hip area of the subject when the subject is lying in the supine position on the upper surface of the mat. Inflation of the inflatable bladder imparts a force to the hip area of the subject to elevate the hip area to provide a hip flexor stretch to the subject.

An inflatable cornhole game board that is compact and light for transport, easy to inflate, and maintains a smooth and rigid surface for play. The rectangular playing board uses drop-stitch material, formed of opposing base layers of polyester support fabric joined to each other by thousands of fine polyester threads. One or more layers of airtight PVC coating layers are applied to the outer surfaces of both base substrates. Near one end of the rectangular playing board, a hole passes through the playing board. Sidewall material, usually made of a polyester base fabric with a non-breathable coating is glued between the outer edges of the top and bottom layers, as well as the inner edges of the cornhole, to create an airtight drop-stitch core. An inflatable support member, also formed by the drop-stitch construction, is glued to the bottom surface of one end of the rectangular playing board. The support member extends down from the bottom surface of the playing board to hold the playing board up at one end, which creates the sloped playing board needed to play the cornhole game. The dense matrix of fixed-length threads between the top and bottom layers of the drop-stitch material hold the layers in a very even distance from each other and, under inflation, create an extremely hard board. The drop-stitch construction can be inflated to pressures up to 20 pounds per square inch (psi), creating a hard and rigid structure suitable for playing the cornhole game or other games requiring a board with a hard playing surface, such as billiards.

In one aspect, a swim system may include a reverse thrust system worn by a swimmer proximate the frontal upper torso. The system provides a variable amount of reverse thrust such that the user can swim-in-place or make gradual forward progress. Importantly, this may enable a user to effectively extend a small residential pool to serve the same function as a twenty-five meter pool typically found at commercial or government facilities. The system also provides laminar current under the user while swimming, which solves the problems of leg drop, the need to out-kick the arm stroke, and turbulence and wave action around the head associated with conventional swim-in-place devices. Still further, in certain embodiments the system provides a relatively strong current in the region of the arm stroke moving away from the swimmer which provides enhanced resistance for proficient swimmers.

The football contains a modified rubber bladder of reduced size, enabling the ball to achieve a proper and consistent bounce due to the ball's flexible ends. The apparatus comprises a regulation style football pivotally and detachably communing with an elastic shock cord including swivels. The cord is anchored to a band worn on the player's wrist. When the ball is thrown in a forward direction, the cord stretches forward. When the cord reaches its maximum forward displacement, the ball snaps back, bouncing one time as it flies back toward the player. Because of the modified bladder, the ball returns in the air so that after one hop it may be caught by the thrower. The consistent bounce allows the player to independently throw and catch the ball numerous times in rapid succession.
