MUSCLE TRAINING SYSTEM
A system provided with a gas-pressure type muscular strength training belt eliminates a tube that connects a gas supply source and a gas bag in the belt, thereby solving various problems caused by the presence of the tube. A muscular strength training system 1 that is used to train muscles by applying a predetermined pressure to a specific part of a user's limbs to restrict blood flow to the user's muscles without stopping the blood flow, the system including: a band member 10 configured to be wrapped around the specific part; a gas bag 20 placed inside the band member 10; and a gas supply source 110 for supplying gas to the gas bag 20, wherein: the system 1 is configured to apply pressure to the specific part based on an amount of gas in the gas bag 20; and the gas supply source 110 is configured to directly supply gas to a gas supply port 91 that communicates with the gas bag 20 and is integrally attached to the band member 10.
Fluid inflatable member
A fluid inflatable member includes a pliable body having a membrane defining an expandable interior space and including an edge defining an opening through the pliable body and an expandable and compressible porous material enclosed within the expandable interior space of the pliable body. The porous material is configured to receive an amount of fluid and distribute the fluid throughout the interior space to increase a rigidity of the pliable body.
SYSTEM FOR REDUCING HIGH FALL STUNT INJURIES WHEN USING AN AIRBAG
Aspects of the disclosure relate to methods, apparatus, and systems for optimizing an energy exerted on a performer falling from an elevated platform and impacting an airbag. A system is configured to determine a weight of the performer to fall from the elevated platform toward the airbag, measure a distance between the elevated platform and the airbag, and set an air pressure of the airbag based on the weight and the distance prior to the performer falling toward the airbag. The system is further configured to determine, while the performer falls toward the airbag, a velocity the performer will reach upon impact with the airbag, and adjust the air pressure of the airbag based on the velocity while the performer falls toward the airbag to optimize an energy exerted on the performer when the performer impacts the airbag.
Differential Air Pressure (OAP) System, Related Devices and Methods
A Differential Air Pressure (DAP) disguised as an amusement system is provided for motivating user participation in exercise session activities of the DAP system. The DAP system has a support platform with a treadmill integrated therein, and includes an inflatable enclosure secured at a base end to the support platform that extends upward therefrom in an inflated state to a vertical height for the exercise session, which has shape features corresponding with the amusement system disguise. A restraint securely connected to the support platform at a base portion and connected to a top opening defined through an upper region of the inflatable enclosure restrains the top opening at a vertical height in an inflated state. A control computer controls the DAP system to perform operations corresponding with the disguised appearance and further include operations for at least partially unweighting the user for the exercise session.
Device for learning and training the underwater dolphin kick and methods
A swim training device includes: (a) a platform having a top side and a bottom side, and extending longitudinally from a leading edge to a trailing edge and extending laterally from a left side to a right side; and (b) a hands pocket located on the top side of the platform and including a hands entry opening facing toward the trailing edge of the platform, wherein: (i) the hands pocket is constructed to receive a user's hands through the hands entry opening so that the user's hands are located in the hands pocket in a generally extended configuration; (ii) the hands pocket is constructed to hold the user's hands in place in the generally extended configuration against the top side of the platform; and (iii) the hands pocket is constructed to resist longitudinal and lateral movement of the user's hands relative to the platform when the user's hands are located within the hands pocket.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL FITNESS DEVICE
Disclosed is a multifunctional fitness device, including a platform portion and a spherical portion located below the platform portion and fixedly connected to the platform portion; the spherical portion has a spherical contact surface that is convex downward relative to the platform portion; an upper surface of the platform portion is provided with a horizontal contact portion, the platform portion is further provided with a supporting handle and an elbow support portion, and the supporting handle is detachable; the multifunctional fitness device has a first use form and a second use form, in the first use form, the platform portion faces upward, the spherical contact surface faces downward and is in contact with a ground; and in the second use form, the spherical contact surface faces upward, and the platform portion faces downward and is in contact with the ground through the horizontal contact portion.
Comparative exercise session equivalence for unweighted exercise, MicroGravity systems and related devices and methods
A method is provided of evaluating comparative equivalence for a user of a MicroGravity system between an unsupported exercise session and an unweighted MicroGravity exercise session. The method includes receiving, for a comparative group of the unweighted and unsupported sessions, an unweighting for each and a 1.sup.st exercise parameter for a base selection of the group having a first run speed and a first incline. The method includes evaluating a session output for the comparative group based on the first run speed and incline and an unweighting of the base selection, which includes determining, for a comparison selection of the comparative group and the session output, based on an unweighting of the comparison selection, a 2.sup.nd exercise parameter having a second run speed and a second incline. The method further includes providing to the user session output and comparative information including the second speed and the second incline.
Fluid Inflatable Member
A fluid inflatable member that includes a pliable body having a membrane defining an expandable interior space and a porous material enclosed within the membrane of the pliable body. In response to the porous material being compressed, the porous material receives incompressible fluid from a fluid source and distributes the incompressible fluid throughout the interior space to increase a rigidity of the pliable body.
Golf backpack
A golf backpack, having a main body with a front side and a back side substantially opposite each other, and which is attachable to the shoulders of a user by a pair of straps on the back side, and an internal structure arranged inside the main body. The backpack has a support structure arranged on outside the main body, on the front side and fixed to the internal structure, having this support structure fastenings for the balanced positioning of golf sticks arranged in use of the backpack in a plane parallel to the back side of the main body and symmetrically with respect to a vertical Z axis.
