The exercise machine may be adjustable to vary a characteristic of the exercise provided by the machine, for example by changing an incline of a rail supporting the reciprocating linkage, and thus an angle of the closed loop path. The exercise machine may vary the incline with a lift mechanism operatively associated with the front upright frame of the machine, which may also support a resistance assembly, all in a compact form factor that may be more aesthetically pleasing and practical for relatively smaller exercise spaces.

A pedaling cadence at the pedal crankset of between approximately 60 RPM and approximately 100 RPM achieves an alternator drive shaft RPM of between approximately 2,000 RPM and approximately 5,000 RPM.

The present disclosure discloses an exercise bicycle with a desk plate, which comprises a frame, a supporting foot, a seat and a desk plate, the frame including a first upright column to support the desk plate and a second upright column to support the seat, wherein a first lifting assembly is provided on the first upright column to connect the desk plate and the first upright column, and enables the adjustment of the upper and lower positions of the desk plate relative to the first upright column. The height of the desk plate can be adjusted by the first lifting assembly to accommodate users with different figures. It's more ergonomic since the height of the upright column supporting the desk plate can be adjusted. When packing, lower the upright column to the minimum can largely reduce the size of the package.

A compression-resistant device includes least one pair of first and second opposing jaw members having respective engaging surfaces for movement from an open position receiving an object and a closed position engaging the object. A manual compression surface enables a user to manually apply pressure to urge the engaging surfaces from one of the closed position towards an open position or from the open position towards the closed position. At least one resistance member interfaces with the first and second opposing jaw members to resist pressure manually applied by a user urging the engaging surfaces from the closed position towards the open position or from the open position towards the closed position. The manual compression surface includes projections such that manually applied pressure forms at least one aggravated area on a finger surface of the user to initiate a callus. A corresponding method of operating the device is also disclosed.

Disclosed herein is a (combination) golf divot repair and ball marker device with putter-cover retention. According to an embodiment, the combination golf device comprises a case, a divot repair unit, which is detachably attached to a side of the case; and a retention unit, which connects the case to a putter cover; wherein the case is configured so that when the case is inside a user's apparel pocket, the case supports the weight of the putter cover. A shared workstation apparatus with converging treadmills including treadmills with centerlines that are transversely oriented towards each other at an angle, which can for example be an acute angle. The shared workstation includes a frame, a first treadmill, a second treadmill, and at least one shared work surface located above the treadmills. The orientation of the treadmills and the shared work surface allows users to share work with each other across the shared work space.

A removable accessory for a fencing mask provided with a mesh having an array of apertures is provided. The accessory can include a main body having a first surface, and a plurality of projections extending from the first surface of the main body. Each projection is configured to be removably insertable into an aperture of the mesh. Therefore, the accessory may be removably attached to the fencing mask, without damaging the fencing mask.
