Container with Variable Volume
20210171234 · 2021-06-10 · ·

A container (100) includes a body (110) having an upper end (104) and a lower end (106). The upper end has an opening formed therethrough. The body defines a plurality of ribs (110) between the upper end and the lower end that are configured to actuate between an expanded state and a compressed state to vary a volume inside the body. A sleeve (500) is positioned at least partially around the body. The sleeve inhibits one or more of the plurality of ribs that are in the compressed state from actuating into the expanded state.

Decoration by sublimation transfer sheet

A sublimation transfer sheet assembly including a first layer and an dye or ink layer positioned on a first side of the first layer. The first layer and the dye or ink layer being positioned such that when the sublimation transfer sheet assembly is wrapped about an object with the dye or ink layer facing the object, a first edge portion of the sublimation transfer sheet assembly is overlapped by a second edge portion of the sublimation transfer sheet assembly, and the first edge portion is interposed between the second edge portion and the object.

INJECTION MOLDED POLYMERIC BIODEGRADABLE CONTAINER
20210147130 · 2021-05-20 ·

A biodegradable container including a unitary polymeric body element having a top portion and a cylindrical body portion. The top portion has a cylindrical neck wherein the cylindrical neck defines an inner surface and an outer surface. The container further includes a polymeric bottom element welded to the cylindrical body portion of the unitary polymeric body element. A polymeric cap defines an internal rim configured to be received by the inner surface of the cylindrical neck. The polymeric cap includes an external cover having an interior surface which may be tapered so that the outer surface of the cylindrical neck and the interior surface of the external cover form an inner seal. The interior surface of the external cover may also form an outer seal with the outer surface of the cylindrical neck when the polymeric cap is in a closed position.

A paper or other fibrous container is capable of maintaining a consistent gas level after sealing, as well as having sufficient stiffness to carry liquids and other heavy materials as well as light weigh materials such as medication and supplements. Preferred embodiments include a fibrous outer sleeve having an inwardly directed curled edge, a first metal sleeve positioned inward of the fibrous outer sleeve, and a bottom piece having a top metal layer. The bottom piece is preferably disposed intermediate the inwardly directed curled edge and the first metal sleeve. A first adhesive is preferably disposed intermediate the bottom piece and the first metal sleeve, and a second adhesive is preferably disposed intermediate the bottom piece and the inwardly directed curled edge.

Insulating bottle cover
11008154 · 2021-05-18 · ·

An insulating cover for beverage bottles is formed by cutting, folding, and sewing a unitary, flexible sheet of insulating material such as a laminate of fabric and neoprene foam. Following sewing, the cover is turned inside out so that the stitching is hidden inside the cover. The sheet is shaped in the cutting stage so that the cover includes a portion that surrounds a part of the neck of the bottle, and a web that extends across and covers substantially the entire bottom surface of the bottle. The bottle is inserted into the cover through one of two openings on opposite sides of the web.

VIAL BLINDING ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF ASSEMBLY
20210094743 · 2021-04-01 ·

A vial blinding assembly includes a vial having a bottle with a constricted neck and an annular shoulder that inwardly extends; a stopper disposed on an opening of the bottle and having a septum with a top surface; and a retainer securing the stopper to the bottle. A tubular blinding shell encircles a compartment that extends between a first end with an inlet opening and an opposing second end with an access opening. A floor plug is secured to the first end of the blinding shell. The vial is disposed within compartment of the blinding shell with the vial being supported by the floor plug and the neck passing through the access opening so that the top surface of the septum is disposed outside of the compartment of the blinding shell, the shoulder of the vial having an outside diameter larger than a diameter of the access opening.

Fabric Surround and Method of Use
20210130040 · 2021-05-06 ·

A cylindrical fabric surround including a flexible fabric material which stretches during disposing of the surround over a cylindrical item, such as a bottle, causing a releasable attachment of the bottle surround with the bottle. This cylindrical fabric surround has a cylindrical, or annular surround geometry, whereby a cavity is formed therein by the internal wall of the cylindrical surround, providing a receptacle area or volume for any cylindrical item the cylindrical surround is disposed thereunto. The internal wall of the cavity provides a first wall of the cylindrical surround and the external wall of the cylindrical surround provides a second wall of the cylindrical surround. The surround also has at least one pocket, for storing at least one article, such as a phone, keys or any sundry. The pocket is generally facing upwards, but could have a plurality of pockets with at least one of with varied geometries, orientations, or placement. Bands, such as elastic bands, may be formed thereon the top and bottom of the cylinder, as well as on the top portion of the pocket surface to provide a portion of the releasable attachment to the bottle. The bands may have a diameter that is less than surround wall diameter to provide in the releasable attachment. A friction agent, such as a nonslip fabric coating, may also be applied to the first wall or inside diameter of the surround to aid in improving the releasable attachment of a cylindrical item, such as a bottle, with a first wall of the fabric cylinder surround apparatus 100 when disposed thereunto.
