Airtight compact
An airtight cosmetic compact, wherein the airtight feature is created by interaction between a seal on the inside of the cover and the upwardly facing recess of the base. The cover locks on the base by either thread elements on both cap and base or by bayonet like cams, allowing the cover to be twisted on the base compressing the cover against the base and engaging the seal with the base recess. By compressing the seal against the base and holding it in place through the threaded engagement the air-tightness of the compact is achieved and guaranteed.

CHILD-RESISTANT SEALING CAP FOR A CONTAINER
A sealing cap for a container provides a resealable, multi-piece assembly featuring a watertight and airtight seal and child resistance against opening the sealing cap, and which is designed to be snapped on to the top of conventional aluminum cans and extendable to common food and herb matter containers.
POUR SPOUT SYSTEM AND METHOD INCLUDING REINFORCING MATERIALS AND AUXILIARY DEVICES
A reusable pour spout system that may be attached to different container types to dispense different substances, including course and fine granular materials and liquids. A port component has a proximal tubular end and a flange that is larger in diameter than the tubular portion. The flange further includes a hole-forming structure adapted to pierce the wall of a container, leading to a ramp that captures the container material when the port component is rotated by a user. This positions the flange within the container, with the tubular end exposed to pour the contents from the container. A cap may be provided to seal off the port. The tubular end of the port component, the nut, and the cap may all be threaded. Integrally formed port devices are also disclosed along with bolstering and reinforcing layers and materials to control hole formation.
Packaging and devices to access screw-top containers in automated systems
The present invention relates to a system for access and retrieval of screw-top containers. In one embodiment, the system includes a tray with a plurality of apertures, the tray adapted to receive containers having a cap and a body such that each cap of each container pressed into the tray rests above a respective aperture in the tray and each body is suspended below the tray. The system also includes a rotary tool having a cavity extending from an opening at one end, the cavity defined by an interior surface that includes engagement features. The engagement features on the interior surface of the rotary tool are adapted to engage onto at least a portion of the body of the container surface defined by complementary engagement features when the rotary tool is inserted over the body of the container from below the tray.

FLUID PORT ASSEMBLY AND PLUG
A fluid port assembly includes a tube configured for positioning with a fluid container to provide access to a fluid contained in the fluid container. The tube includes at least one annular tube recess. The at least one annular tube recess forms a plurality of inner tube surfaces extending circumferentially within the tube. The assembly includes a plug configured for positioning inside the tube to releasably seal the fluid container and contain the fluid within the fluid container. The plug includes at least one annular plug protrusion, and the at least one annular plug protrusion forms a plurality of outer plug surfaces extending circumferentially around the plug. The plurality of inner tube surfaces of the tube interfaces with the plurality of outer plug surfaces of the plug to seal the fluid container.
Water bottle with push-twist end cap assembly
A water bottle includes a body having a threaded portion on a first end and an end cap assembly. The end cap assembly includes an inner lid having 1) a threaded portion to engage the threaded portion on the first end of the body and 2) a circular flange or rim having a structure extending downwardly, thereby forming a plurality of grooves or notches; and an outer lid having a structure on a circumferential top surface forming a plurality of projections.
JAR FOR COSMETIC PRODUCT HAVING A NON-CYLINDRICAL NECK
A jar for cosmetic products that includes a base surmounted by a neck and a lid, the neck having a non-circular cross-section and including a rim. The neck includes at least one first assembly element, the lid including at least one second assembly element. The lid is configured so that: (1) when the lid is in a closed position: (1a) the at least one second assembly element is arranged under the rim; and (1b) the at least one second assembly element and the at least one first assembly element are nested together, and (2) when the lid is in an open position, the at least one second assembly element is disengaged from the at least one first assembly element and the rim The lid is configured to pass from one position to the other by rotation about the neck.
