Beverage filtering system
A beverage filtering device wherein flavoring solids, such as coffee, tea, or herbs, are infused or brewed with fluids and then a finished beverage is filtered from the flavoring solids using a system of nested cups. The nested cups are pressed together during filtration to create a compact form that can then also serve as a beverage cup or beverage serving device.
PUSH BUTTON CLOSURE
A container closure includes a generally planar body having a product side and a customer side. The container closure body defines a limited container opening and an actuation location. Further, the container body includes a force concentrating construction disposed adjacent the limited container opening.
Multiple purpose container assembly
A multiple purpose container assembly may include a lid and a housing having at least one access port. The lid, the housing, or both may include insulating material to help retard heat transfer between the interior of the assembly and the exterior. In one configuration, the assembly provides an insulating sheltering functionality for a small pet, for example. In a second configuration, the access port is blocked and the assembly provides container functionality as an ice chest, cooler, or bulk container for example.
Reusable Drink Protector
A reusable drink protector made of flexible silicone sheet material. The sheet is approximately circular in shape and has a plurality of outwardly extending tabs. Each tab includes a semi adhesive disk. The circular portion of the sheet can close off the top surface of a glass or cup. The tabs can bend down the sides of the cup and be adhered to the cup by the semi adhesive disks. One extension tab has a magnet attached. When the user wants to drink from the cup, he or she folds up the extension tab and attaches the magnet to a metal disk mounted on the circular sheet creating an uncovered space on the edge of the cup for the user to drink from. The drink protector can be rolled up and stored in a tubular container.
Tab release child safety feature
A child-resistant container including a container body, a lid, and at least one resilient tab is provided. The lid is pivotable about an axis through a hinge joining the lid to the container body to open and close the container. The resilient tab has a proximal portion fixed to the lid, a distal portion projecting from the lid, and at least one abutment on the distal portion. The abutment on the distal portion of the tab is normally biased into engagement with an abutment on the container body when the lid is in its closed position. The distal portion of the tab is displaceable against the bias to disengage the abutment of the tab from the abutment of the container. Displacement of the tab releases the lid so that it can be pivoted about the hinge to open the container.
Ultrasonic chip cleaning basket and system
A chip washing basket and a method for its use. The chip washing basket can hold casino chips and can provide a maximum amount of surface area for the chips to enable the basket to be utilized in an ultrasonic cleaner. The ultrasonic cleaner can operate while the chips are present in the basket, thereby cleaning the chips. The basket can have a plurality of vertical slots that the chips can be dropped into. The basket would have a plurality of vertical bars and a plurality of divider panels to secure the chips while exposing a large amount of surface area on the chips so the ultrasonic action inside the ultrasonic cleaner can clean the chips effectively.
VACUUM STORAGE CONTAINER
A vacuum storage container includes a container body and a lid, wherein the container body has a top opening, and the lid includes a lid body and a valve plug. The lid body is removably engaged with the container body to cover the top opening to seal a peripheral edge of the top opening. The lid body has a perforation. The valve plug includes a plug body and a poked member. The plug body is disposed in the perforation and is adapted to close or to open the perforation. The poked member is disposed on a top of the plug body. In this way, a user could simply push the poked member to shift the plug body to open the perforation, which is convenient.
FOOD PROCESSOR LID
A lid of a food processing system selectively receivable by a container of the food processing system includes a lid body defining a cavity within the lid body, a locking assembly at least partially disposed within the cavity and an actuator associated the said lid body and the locking assembly. The locking assembly is movable from an unlocked position to a locked position in response to application of a first force applied to the actuator. The locking assembly is movable from the locked position to the unlocked position in response to application of a second force applied to said actuator, the first force and said second force being applied in a same direction.
BOX WITH SNAP-ON CLOSURE
A closure system with a three-dimensional structure with an opening and a lid for plugging onto the three-dimensional structure in order to close the opening. The lid is bistably deformable between a first state, in which its end wall is curved in the plug-in direction, and a second state, in which the end wall is curved against the plug-in direction. An annular edge section of the lid has a greater outer circumference in the first bistable state than in the second bistable state and forms a clamping fixture of the lid to a wall region of the opening when the edge section is pressed inwards in the first state or outwards against the wall region in the second state. The three-dimensional structure transfers a force from the outside at specified locations that to a snapping process of the lid from one to the other bistable state.
