Beverage lid apparatuses for directing scent to a user are provided. In some embodiments, a beverage lid apparatus can be configured to attach to a beverage container and, by way of a drinking aperture on the lid, direct the scent of a beverage in the beverage container to the nose of a user when the user drinks from the drinking aperture. For example, the size and shape of the drinking aperture can be configured to allow scent from the beverage container to pass through the drinking aperture and above the flow of the beverage, upward into the nose of the user when the user drinks from the drinking aperture. In some embodiments, a beverage lid apparatus can further include a sliding cover configured to prevent spillage and/or contain heat and/or aroma.

The present invention provides a container lid. The container lid includes a lid main body. The lid main body includes a top wall, a first elastic side wall extending from the top wall, and a second elastic side wall extending from the top wall. The first elastic side wall and the second elastic side wall are encircled to form a sealing groove. The sealing groove is provided with a groove opening. The sealing groove is configured to press and seal a container opening. Through the above structure, the container opening can be sealed through the sealing groove. Specifically, the first elastic side wall presses and seals an inner side wall of the container opening, and the second elastic side wall presses and seals an outer side wall of the container opening.

A lid cooperates with a container to define a receiving space, and includes a cover portion, a connecting portion, and a mouth portion. The cover portion includes a supporting wall, a connecting wall, and an intermediate wall interconnecting inner edges of the supporting and connecting walls. The connecting portion is connected to a periphery of the cover portion for detachable connection with a mouth portion of the container. The mouth portion includes a mouth inner wall cooperating with the connecting wall and the intermediate wall to define a buffer space. The buffer space has opposite wide and narrow space areas. The mouth inner wall has a middle arcuate portion facing the wide space area, and two side arcuate portions each connected between one end of the middle arcuate portion and a portion of the inner edge of the supporting wall.

Proposed is a press-fit structure for sealing fastened portions while detachably fastening a first member and a second member to each other, the improved press-fit structure including: a male seal formed to protrude to a predetermined length on the first member, a female seal formed on the second member in a groove shape corresponding to the length of the male seal, and configured such that the male seal is press-fitted thereinto; and air discharge portions formed in portions of the male seal, and configured to provide discharge paths for air inside the female seal during the process of press-fitting the male seal.

The present disclosure describes a product package having a tray and a combination flexible/rigid lid design that comprises a rigid or semi-rigid frame and a flexible film that is transparent or translucent that is fixedly attached to the frame and releasably attached to the package tray. The novel product package is capable of maintaining a seal until opened by a consumer, allows a consumer to see the product through the lid, can be opened with a single step, and is resealable and/or reusable by the consumer.

A food tray has a lower tray containing a first food product and an upper tray nested stably at least partly inside the lower tray, with the upper tray containing a second food product. An air permeable interface is provided between the upper tray and lower tray to allow venting of steam from the lower tray during cooking. A cover is provided for the food tray. Each of the lower tray and the upper tray are formed of a material that is suitable for use in a microwave or conventional oven. Various constructions may be used to create the air permeable interface, such as lugs, ledges and lips. The upper tray may sit above the lower tray. The trays are nested loosely for ease of removal of the upper tray from the lower tray. Various configurations of cover may be used such as a sleeve, carton or lid. The upper tray may contain the higher value food product.

The lid has a lid aperture providing a medial passageway from which a plurality of narrow openings radially extends so that the lid aperture expands as objects are urged onto it and the flexible lid moves from a flat condition to a bowed condition. Thereby accommodating items that are larger than the centrally located medial passageway by using the narrow openings in conjunction with the medial passageway to expand the size of the entire lid aperture in the bowed condition as the portions of the lid that define each narrow opening simultaneously move way from each other, respectively. Furthermore, the lid returns to its starting flat condition covering the associated container once an item has been placed therein, obviating the need for a user to initially remove the lid from the container.
