CONTAINER, CLOSURE, AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURE
In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to contain and dispense a fluid, such as a thixotropic fluid. In some embodiments, a bottle having a closure cap includes a control device, a base, and a disk, where the base and disk define a mixing chamber configured to facilitate mixing of any serum or liquid separated from the fluid back therein. In some embodiments, a dispensing bottle includes a non-removable closure cap with a tamper evident feature that indicates whether the cap was previously opened. By one approach, the dispensing bottle includes discontinuous threads on a bottle neck and ratchet projections on a closure cap that engage the discontinuous thread(s) to prevent or inhibit manual removal of the cap from the bottle.
Cleansing device
Provided is a cleansing device which is configured to be used while being easily joined to a mineral water bottle to erase or adjust makeup by using mineral water conveniently even while going out and erase or adjust the makeup without a skin trouble by using the mineral water even in the case of traveling in an area where water is poor. The cleansing device includes: a first joining member joined to an opening of a mineral water bottle accommodating mineral water and including an applicator which allows mineral water accommodated in the mineral water bottle to be applied to a face of a user; and a second joining member detachably joined to the first joining member to protect the applicator of the first joining member.
POUR SPOUT
A pour spout is disclosed having a top wall including a rim adapted to seat in a container, a side wall to assist in securing the pour spout in the container, a cover extending from about the top of the top wall at an angle to about the bottom of the side wall, and a spout in the cover adapted to dispense a material.
Pill shelf flip cap closure
The disclosed aspects relate to a closure that includes a lid and a body portion operatively attached to the lid. The closure can include a primary dispensing opening in the body portion and a shelf area adjacent to the primary dispensing opening, wherein the shelf area is configured to hold dispensed product. The closure can also include a secondary dispensing opening above the shelf area and the primary dispensing opening.
LIQUID-COOLING CONTAINER LID CONSTRUCTION
A liquid container orifice assembly, lid assembly, and unibody lid construction enable a user to outfit particularized liquid containers for enabling lid-based liquid-pooling or compartmentalization and heat transfer from lid-pooled or lid-compartmentalized liquid prior to liquid egression from a lid-outfitted liquid container prior to liquid consumption. All embodiments provide liquid re-directing or damming structures that operate to control the delivery of hot liquid for promoting heat loss from re-directed liquid flows. Certain structures cooperate with existing art to minimize leakage problems associated therewith. Other structures operate to particularly shape parceled liquid volumes for effecting rapid heat transfers therefrom. Still other structures harness material-philic properties of liquids for further effecting rapid heat transfers and liquid directional control mechanisms. Combinations of the various structural features here noted are also contemplated throughout the following specifications.
Squirt dispensing closure for liquid drink concentrate
A squirt dispensing closure (10) for liquid drink flavor concentrate includes a closure body (12), a hinged cap (14), and a flow baffle (18). The closure body has a closure deck (20) and a tubular dispensing spout (22) having a lower portion (26) extending downwardly to provide a flow conduit (28) from the interior of the closure body. The flow baffle (18) includes a bottom wall (40), and a side wall (42) which is snap mounted over the lower portion of the dispensing spout (22). A fluid well (50) is formed in the bottom wall (40) and a fluid opening (52) is formed on a peripheral edge of the bottom wall. An arcuate baffling wall (54) extends upwardly from the bottom wall (40) adjacent the fluid opening (52), forming a restricted flow gap (56) from the fluid opening into an interior of the flow baffle (18). A baffling post (58) extends upwardly from within the fluid well 50) into the flow conduit (28) to form a restricted annular flow passage (60) therebetween.
Cap for dispensing liquids from a container
A cap for a container including a dispensing opening operable to be selectively sealed and a housing configured for sealing engagement with a container opening, said housing defining a passage along a longitudinal axis thereof, the passage having a plurality of ribs disposed in the passage defining a plurality of channels which, when the container is in a sufficiently tilted state, cause liquid in the container to exit through the dispensing opening, wherein at least one channel is a liquid-flow channel through which liquid flows out of the dispensing opening when unsealed.
Multi-purpose container
The present invention provides a multi-purpose container configured to retain granulate material for short- or long-term use. Furthermore, the present invention will provide various rates of flow to access the granulate material at a rate suitable for the user. This is accomplished through a container body, a removable cap, and a measuring cup. The removable cap further includes a plurality of spouts and is configured to removably attach to the container body, while the measuring cup is configured to removably attach to the removable cap. These components work in conjunction to form a multi-purpose container configured to facilitate the pouring of the material held within the container body at a desired flow rate.
DISPOSABLE LID FOR BEVERAGE CONTAINERS
A disposable lid for containers with beverages, especially hot beverages, such as coffee and tea. The disposable lid has an open part where a compartment is created, enabling a person to drink directly from the top of the container, and where the compartment is limited by a floor. One embodiment includes an integrated filter with narrow slits to hinder particles, such as coffee grains or tea leaves from entering the mouth of the consumer of the beverage. Another embodiment includes an arrangement to slow down the beverage flow entering the drinking compartment, and optionally includes a cooling surface for the beverage. The lid may be provided with an auxiliary lid to be attached to reduce the spilling risk to a minimum.
Apparatus and process for dispensing a measured quantity of liquid
An apparatus and process for dispensing a measured quantity of liquid from a container. The apparatus includes a pour chamber having a dam, a spout, a vent, and a timer that is independent of flow in the pour chamber.
