Embodiments describing an approach to creating, a user profile and linking, a mobile device to one or more mobile fitness devices. Continuously collecting, user fitness data from the one of more mobile fitness devices, and continuously collecting user data. Analyzing, the user fitness data and the user data, and Responsive to the user fitness data and user data analysis, generating a personalized nutrition plan based on the optimum parameters.

MESSAGING SYSTEM

In an embodiment, an apparatus is presented that assesses an awareness of a user about a need for influencing a change in activity levels of the user by receiving information about activity levels of a user and receiving user input about user activity, associates the user with a category among plural categories based on the awareness assessment, and provides messaging to the user based on simulated effects of targeting various personal determinants to achieve a strong influence on the user's behavior.

Performance monitoring systems and methods

We have disclosed systems and methods for portable performance monitoring of an individual during a physical activity. The systems and methods may include an input device configured to receive position data. The systems and methods may also include a processor configured to determine location information for the fitness activity based on the position data. The systems and methods may also include a memory operatively coupled to the processor and storing computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the system to determine weather information based on the location information, and to determine athletic performance information. The systems and methods may also include a display screen configured to display the weather information and the athletic performance information to the individual.

Activity recognition with activity reminders

An athletic performance monitoring system, for motivating a user to reach a goal level of athletic activity. The system may motivate the user by calculation a deficit between a current total level of activity and the goal level of athletic activity, and suggesting activity types that the user may carry out an order to reach the goal level, wherein the suggested activity types may be based on activities that are geographically close to the user, or sporting equipment worn by, or in possession of, the user.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DELIVERING BIOMECHANICAL FEEDBACK TO HUMAN AND OBJECT MOTION
20180177450 · 2018-06-28 ·

A method and system to deliver biomechanical feedback utilizes three major elements: (1) multiple hardware data capture devices, including optical motion capture, inertial measurement units, infrared scanning devices, and two-dimensional RGB consecutive image capture devices, (2) a cross-platform compatible physics engine compatible with optical motion capture, inertial measurement units, infrared scanning devices, and two-dimensional RGB consecutive image capture devices, and (3) interactive platforms and user-interfaces to deliver real-time feedback to motions of human subjects and any objects in their possession and proximity.

REHABILITATION COMPLIANCE DEVICES
20180178061 · 2018-06-28 ·

A tracking and compliance system includes devices to track fitness activity and determine compliance with a rehab program. The tracking and compliance system includes at least one biometric sensor for tracking biometric data from a patient and at least one motion sensor for tracking motion data while a fitness activity is being performed by the patient. The biometric data and motion data are correlated over time to generate activity data for the fitness activity. The activity data can then be compared against a biometric signature for the patient for that type of fitness activity to determine compliance. The biometric signature comprises correlated biometric data and motion data from the fitness activity being previously performed by the patient, for instance, in the presence of a rehabilitation healthcare. A biometric signature can be provided for each of a number of different fitness activities for a given patient.

Wearable modular resistance unit

Disclosed is a muscle toning garment with resistance elements, which may be fluid filled dampers. The garment provides resistance to movement throughout an angular range of motion. The garment may be low profile, and worn by a wearer as a primary garment or beneath conventional clothing. Toning may thereby be accomplished throughout the wearer's normal daily activities, without the need for access to conventional exercise equipment. Alternatively, the device may be worn as a supplemental training tool during conventional training techniques. Sensors may be provided for sensing any of a variety of biometric parameters and for determining exerted power or calories consumed.

Exercise Systems Including Weight Clusters Composed of Weight Pods, and Components of Such Systems
20180169456 · 2018-06-21 ·

Exercise systems that include self-coupling weight pods that couple with one another to form weight clusters that a user can use in performing various body movements, such as exercise and conditioning movements. Each weight pod typically has a calibrated weight so that the user may know the amount of weight they are using. Each weight pod includes one or more coupling features that allow that weight pod to couple to one or more other weight pods and/or to an accessory, such as a strap. In some embodiments, each weight pod is soft so as to inhibit injury to a user of another close by the user. The weight pods can be used with one or more accessories, such as a strap, a bell bag that emulates a kettle bell, and a rucksack that can be configured to be a multifunctional component of an overall exercise system, among others.
