BAG-IN-BOX PACKAGING
A bag-in-box packaging is proposed, preferably for the packaging of milk powders, comprising or consisting of: a closable container, a closure cap for the container and a fillable tubular bag, wherein the tubular bag is connected flat to the inside of the container and the bottom of the container is concave on the inside.
DUAL DRINK MODE LID ASSEMBLY FOR A CONTAINER
A lid assembly is adapted to be removably coupled to a container, and the lid assembly includes an actuation member and a seal member each pivotably coupled to a base member. In a sealed position, a sealing portion of the seal member seals a fluid aperture. When the actuation member pivots from a first actuation position to a second actuation position, an engagement portion of the actuation member contacts an engagement portion of the seal member to displace the seal member from the sealed position to a first open position in which the seal member is disposed at a first angle from the base member. When a straw is inserted through the fluid aperture, the straw pivots the seal member from the sealed position to a second open position in which the seal member is disposed at a second angle from the base member.
SCOOP HANDLE RETAINING ASSEMBLY
A scoop retaining assembly provides for the storage of a scoop within a container. The scoop retaining assembly comprises a head portion and cap member adapted for magnetic attraction between them, with retaining members adapted to receive and retain a scoop handle. The cap member is separable from the head portion whereby the scoop retaining assembly may be connected to a container by aligning the head portion and cap member on opposing surfaces of the container to effect a magnetic connection therethrough. The retaining arms are provided with a series of channels for receiving the scoop handle in either a vertical or horizontal orientation as the scoop retaining assembly is positioned within the container.
CLOSURE FOR A CONTAINER AND UTENSIL THEREFOR
A closure (100, 100A, 100B, 100C, 100D, 100F, 100G, 100H, 100I) having a base (112, 112A, 112B, 112C, 112D, 112F, 112G, 112H, 112I), a lid (116, 116A, 116B, 116D, 116F, 116I), and a utensil (124, 124A, 124B, 124E, 124F, 124G, 124I) is provided for a container (104). One of the base (112, 112A, 112B, 112C, 112D, 112F, 112G, 112H, 112I) and the lid (116, 116A, 116B, 116D, 116F, 116I) includes a raised platform region (198, 198A) for releasably holding the utensil (124, 124A, 124B, 124E, 124F, 124G, 124I) and includes a recessed region (194, 194A) such that a handle portion (172, 172B, 172E, 172F, 172G, 172I) of the utensil (124, 124A, 124B, 124E, 124F, 124G, 124I) projects beyond the platform region (198, 198A) over the recessed region (194, 194A).
COLLAPSIBLE CUP ASSEMBLY
A collapsible cup assembly includes a cup that may contain a food item. The cup is positionable in a collapsed position and an extended position. A lid is removably coupled to the cup such that the lid closes the cup. A pair of clips is provided and each of the clips is coupled to the lid. A utensil is provided. The utensil may be manipulated thereby facilitating the food item to be consumed. The utensil is positionable between the clips such that the clips removably retain the utensil on the lid.
Container with shelf and scoop insert
A container for storing dispensable contents includes a tub. The tub includes a body having one or more walls extending from a base, an opening, a neck formed around the opening and extending out from the body to form a lip, and a shelf disposed on an inner perimeter of the neck and below the lip. The container also includes a removable insert disposed below the lip and above the contents. The removable insert includes a scoop implement for dispensing the contents, and an outer frame removably coupled to the scoop implement, the outer frame configured to rest on the shelf and support the scoop implement above the contents. The container also includes a closure configured to removably cover the opening.
SEALING MECHANISM FOR A BEVERAGE CONTAINER
Some embodiments described herein are directed to a lid for beverage container having a lid body, a closure, and a seal member. The lid body has a spout defining a first drinking opening and a second drinking opening through the lid body and a latch. The closure is rotatably coupled to the lid body and configured to rotate between a closed position in which the closure covers the lid body and an open position in which the closure does not cover the lid body. The seal member is coupled to the closure and configured to seal around an outer surface of a rim of the spout when the closure is in the closed position.
