ASSEMBLY FOR A COVER AND MEDICAL CONTAINER

An assembly for a medical procedure including a sterilisable medical container and a cover for covering a sterilizable medical container is described. The cover is used to cover a sterilizable medical container wrapped in at least one sheet of a wrapping material. The cover has a body including an upper member configured to hold the wrapping material against an upper portion of the container and a lower member configured to hold the wrapping material against a lower portion of the container. The body can be assembled about the wrapped container to hold the wrapping material about the container. At least one handle extends from the body which can be held by a user to move the covered wrapped container.

SHEET MATERIAL CONTAINER

A sheet container has, formed in the bottom face of the container body, a non-attached part where the film layers are left partially unattached to each other. An filled part is formed by enclosing a filler between the film layers at the non-attached part. A side part of the filled part is a side bulging part bulging toward the skirt part. The side bulging part presses a pressed part above the lower edge of the skirt part from the inside toward the sideward. The lower edge of the skirt part is disposed inwardly from the pressed part.

Robust soft textile transfer case for contaminated materials

A soft transfer case for biological and chemical material is provided. The transfer case includes a film-laminated, woven textile exterior layer as a pouch resembling an open cylinder. The cylinder is capable of being clamped at each end of the cylinder. A pouch shaped and single open end elastomeric bladder capable of containing biological and chemical material can be contained by the exterior layer. The bladder requires only one seam which is used to permanently seal the open end with the material contained therein. Upon pressurization of the bladder, the exterior layer expands and a restraining force is generated between the textile layer and the clamps.

Disclosed are unique resealable packages for snacks. Some embodiments comprise rigid sidewalls configured to structurally support a flexible bag to maintain the thickness of the bag as it is laid on its back and opened for product consumption. In addition, disclosed packages include a resealable flexible flap having a raised pull tab for use by a consumer to peel open the bag by separating this flap from the front of the bag, and then resealing the bag by laying the flap back over the opening. The rigid sidewalls allow the integrity of the product to be maintained after the bag is resealed so that the product is not crushed if the bag is stored for later use. Edges of the peelable flap are coated with a resealable adhesive, while one side or end of the flap is connected to a portion of the bag's front surface. The pull tab portion of the flap can mate with an opening, such as a slot, at the top end seal of the bag. Once the pull tab is engaged with this opening, the flap is held back out of the way of the opening so that it does not interfere with the consumer's reach for the product, and so it does not fall back towards the bag's surface to inadvertently close the bag when not desired.
