PACKING MATERIAL INCLUDING CUSHION
An air cushion having first and second rooms bends at a partition at a corner of a multi-function peripheral (MFP) and contacts a first face of the MFP at a first room outer surface and a second face of the MFP at an second room outer surface. An outer case applies pressure to the outer surfaces of the first and second rooms and presses the first and second rooms to the MFP. When the first room receives a force from outside the outer case, gas moves from the first room to the second room against pressure the outer case applies to the second room, such that a side wall of the outer case contacting the second room deforms. Upon removal of the force, the side wall returns to an original flat state and presses the second room, such that the gas returns from the second room to the first room.
Module Packaging Pieces for Packaging Using Alternating Module Orientations
A module packaging piece is disclosed. The module packaging piece includes a first side that includes one or more flange securing tabs and a first channel that is configured to accommodate and constrain a flange of a frame of a first module. The module packaging piece includes a second side that includes a second channel that is configured to accommodate and constrain a flange of a frame of a second module.
Bicycle travel case
An improved bicycle travel case for protecting a partially disassembled bicycle during storage and travel. A skeletal tubular inner framework forms a rigid perimeter defining a shape of the case and is foldable for storage. The framework has an upper and lower section, joined with a hinged connection and a self-latching connection. Mesh panels are installed within planar surfaces defined by the framework, creating impact resistant surfaces encircling the case. A removable fabric cover encloses the inner framework and mesh panel assemblage. Upon removal of the fabric cover for inspection during airline travel, the bicycle is on prominent visual display beneath its protective framework and mesh case, nullifying the need to open the case and physically handle it. The bicycle is releasably locked in the case by two fork mounts that isolate the bicycle from damaging forces. A releasably lockable mount also secures bicycle wheels inside the case.

Packaging with integrated paper spring
Packaging may include a base box having a cavity to receive a product, and a first paper spring extending from an interior of a first sidewall of the base box and a second paper spring extending from an opposing interior of a second sidewall of the base box. Each of the first and second paper springs may be formed from the same blank as the first sidewall. The first and second springs are flexible such that the cavity may accommodate products of different lengths, and may resiliently absorb vibrations or impact forces during shipping.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES AND METHODS FOR STORING AND TRANSPORTING FA?ADE PANELS
Systems, devices and methods of storing and transporting fa?ade panels are described herein. The systems include a corner block that includes a vertical wall having a first portion and a second portion. The second portion is orthogonal to the first portion and attached to the first portion at a joint. Each of the first portion and the second portion have a receiver at an uppermost edge thereof to receive a lowermost edge of an adjacent corner block. The corner block also includes a support plate. The support plate is orthogonal to the first portion and the second portion. The support plate is spaced upwardly from a lowermost edge of the first portion and a lowermost edge of the second portion. The retainer of includes a first inner member that extends outwardly from the inner surface of the first portion to overhang at least a portion of the support plate.
Inflatable protective packaging for the cold chain marketplace
An insulative packaging for cold chain marketplace. The insulative packaging includes a base unit, a wall unit, and a top unit, which together form an enclosure. Each the base unit, the wall unit, and the top unit has an inflatable liner, one or more insulative sheets, and a radiant barrier. The inflatable liner can be folded and the one or more insulative sheets can be sandwiched between the two folds of the inflatable liner. An article to be protective can be placed within the enclosure and insulative packaging can provide 360-degree insulation and protection.
Isolation system for transporting and storing fragile objects
According to some embodiments, a vibration-isolating system comprises a case, one or more environmental buffers, a platform suspended within the case by a plurality of wire rope isolators, a crumple zone beneath the platform and configured with one or more shock-absorbing structures, and a container assembly configured on the platform. The container assembly is operable to protect a payload comprising a flexible panel. The container assembly comprises a back panel positioned behind the flexible panel and offset by a first substantially airtight compartment, a front panel positioned in front of the flexible panel and offset by a second substantially airtight compartment, and a stiffener panel positioned in front of the front panel and offset by a third substantially airtight compartment.
