Container having multiple levels of slots to facilitate movement of dunnage
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has a body, slotted guides attached to opposite sides of the body, and a plurality of dunnage supports extending between the guides. Outer portions of the dunnage supports may have one or more narrowed or flattened portions which enable the dunnage supports to slide along the slots. Dunnage holding parts is suspended by the dunnage supports.
Surveillance camera packing member
The present invention facilitates the work of setting a surveillance camera (30) with the surveillance camera (30) in a packed and stacked state. A surveillance camera packing member (1) is composed of: a cushioning material (10) that has a cylindrical shape with one end open and that holds a case side surface (31) and a circular dome section (32) of a dome-type surveillance camera (30); and a packing box (20) formed by bending a corrugated board sheet to form a rectangular parallelepiped and that accommodates the cushioning material (10) in which the dome-type surveillance camera (30) is held, a perforated line (23) for forming a open window section (22) of predetermined size for removing a connector-equipped cable (40) being provided to a side surface (21) of the packing box (20) facing the casing back surface (33) of the accommodated dome-type surveillance camera (30).
VALVE
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a reusable valve in which a seal portion is co-molded with and overmolded to the valve stem to provide a secure mechanical bond therebetween. In one embodiment, the valve includes a snap fit between the valve stem and a retaining cap to provide easy assembly of the valve as well as an efficient and compact retention mechanism for a biasing spring and the valve stem in relation to the valve housing. In one embodiment, the valve includes an easy-to-use opening and closing mechanism that provides tactile feedback to the user when moving the valve stem to an open position and to a closed position to inflate, deflate, or maintain air or gas pressure in the inflatable article. The present disclosure also provides a dunnage bag with such valve.
Reusable Inflated Article
An inflatable cushion that is reusable, in particular as a doggy waste bag. One version of the inflatable cushion, air cushion or packaging cell has a folded edge and three sealed edges. One of the three sealed edges, or area adjacent thereto, has a weakened area that is capable of withstanding the pressure of gas from the packaging cell and the pressures involved in protecting an item being shipped, but is also capable of being torn by hand resulting in deflation of the inflatable cushion, air cushion or packaging cell.
PACKING BUFFERING DEVICE
A packing buffering device adapted to surrounding a plate device includes a first hollow connecting rod having a first body, a first connecting portion, and a first fixing portion and a second hollow connecting rod having a second body, a second connecting portion, and a second fixing portion. The first connecting portion and the first fixing portion are respectively extended and bent from two opposite ends of the first body and in contact with the frame of the plate device. The second connecting portion and the second fixing portion are respectively extended and bent from two opposite ends of the second body and in contact with the frame of the plate device. The first body and the second body are above the plate device and not in contact with the plate device. The distance between the fixing portions is less than the distance between the connection portions.
PACKAGING CORNER PROTECTION SYSTEM
A packaging corner protecting device for objects having edges, the device having an arcuate center and a first and a second arm. The center portion has a longitudinal axis, a length, a first thickness and is formed as about 270 of a cylinder. Each arm is integrally joined to the center portion substantially the length of the center portion, the arms each having a proximate end and an opposed distal end. The arms each having a cross section tapering from a first thickness at its proximate end to a second thickness at the distal end. The arms each having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surfaces of each arm lie in planes orthogonal to one another that intersect the longitudinal axis of the center portion. The arms both extend the same distance from the center portion. The device is made from a plastic material comprising high-density polyethylene.
Package box and liner for the same
The present disclosure relates to a package box and a liner for the same. The package box includes a hexahedral outer box body; a cover configured to cover an opening of the outer box body; a substantially hexahedral liner placed in the outer box body and having six side walls, at least one of which side walls is configured to be a movable side wall, each movable side wall being slidably coupled with the adjacent four side walls to change the volume of the liner; and at least one resilient member disposed between each movable side wall and the wall of the outer box body facing the movable side wall, or between each movable side wall and the cover respectively, to drive each movable side walls to move towards and to get in close contact with articles placed within the liner.

PISTON BOX
A shock-absorbing package includes a box and a base. The box is configurable to enclose an item and has a box bottom panel. The base has a base bottom panel and defines a recess sized to accommodate a portion of the box including the box bottom panel. The base interfaces with the box in a transport configuration so that the box bottom panel is held separated from the base bottom panel and a volume of air is disposed between the base bottom panel and the box bottom panel. An impact force applied to the base bottom panel generated by dropping the shock-absorbing package onto a surface induces relative movement between the box and the base that expels air from the volume air and decelerates the box at a rate less than a desired maximum deceleration rate.
