Inflatable packaging structure and method of forming thereof
An inflatable packaging structure, including at least one inflatable panel made of a plurality of layers of thermoplastic material, the at least one inflatable panel includes a plurality of fluid chambers, whereas a one-way check valve is incorporated into at least one of the plurality of fluid chambers, an air supply line, configured to commonly communicate with each of the one-way check valves to supply fluid into the fluid chambers; and at least two heat sealed edges formed on the at least one inflatable panel, each of which is configured to attach a portion of the at least one inflatable panel to another portion thereof; and wherein the at least two heat sealed edges extend generally in parallel with respect to each other and configured to form the inflatable packaging structure with at least partially rectangular cross-section, having at least four faces.
DUNNAGE DEVICE AND SYSTEM
An apparatus, method and system are provided which permit the monitoring of a dunnage bag used as a cushion in the transportation of cargo items which may be typically found in as shipping container. A gas pressure sensor may be attached directly to the dunnage bag and the pressure can be monitored remotely. The gas pressure sensor can also be enclosed within a sealed and pressurized enclosure whereby the gas sensor reading can serve as indication of pressure of a nearby dunnage bag within which the enclosure is in contact. The dunnage bag pressure readings can be wirelessly monitored from a remote location and the bag pressure may be controlled remotely.
SHIPPING CONTAINER FOR PACKAGING FRANGIBLE PRODUCTS
The purpose of the claimed invention is to have a protective internal structure using multiple corrugated paperboard inserts that will fit into a RSC (regular slotted container) case. These inserts and the internal structure that it creates, enable a user to ship their product via common or contract carrier without damage to the user's product.

PROTECTIVE DEVICE FOR LOAD UNIT
A protective device comprising a first protective element associable with a first load unit including a first lateral wall provided with an internal surface intended to be positioned against a sidewall of the first load unit, a second protective element associable with the second load unit including a first lateral wall provided with an internal surface, and an upper wall provided with a lower surface orthogonal and contiguous to the internal surface of the first lateral wall, and wherein, in use, the internal surface of the first lateral wall of the first protective element and the internal surface of the first lateral wall of the second protective element are arranged in the same plane and adhere at least partly to the sidewall of the first load unit and to the sidewall of the second load unit respectively.
Air cushion inflation machine
A machine converts a web of preformed pouches, which are defined by transverse seals extending from a remote edge, into inflated dunnage units. A sealing arrangement is positioned to provide a longitudinal seal intersecting the transverse seals to close the preformed pouches and form a dunnage unit. The sealing arrangement has at least two sealing belts. Each belt is positioned so that respective first sides engage a surface of the web and pull the web through sealing elements positioned on either side of the web. A heating element is on a second side of the first belt not engaging the web. A compliant material is on a second side of the second belt not engaging the web. As the web passes between the heating element and compliant material, imperfections in the web are smoothed by the compliant material and the layers of the web are sealed by the heating element.
Package cushioning for an article to be packaged
A package cushioning for padding an article to be packaged in an outer box includes a base body in the form of a downwardly open half tube. On the outside thereof are attached opposing hump-shaped support members, which protrude beyond the half-tube on the upper side of the base body. Opposing surfaces of the support members and their transitions each form an upwardly open channel section on the package cushioning. The entire package cushioning is made in one piece with an average wall thickness W from a waste paper fiber material. A low point on the inside of the upwardly open channel section is spaced by the distance from the high point on the inside of the downwardly open half tube, the distance being greater than the simple wall thickness.
ACTIVE SURFACE PROTECTION FOR PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICES
A portable electronic device includes one or more bumpers that are operable to transition between a stowed position and a deployed position. In the deployed position, the bumpers may be proud of one or more surfaces of the portable electronic device that the bumpers are not proud of in the stowed position. The bumpers may protect the surfaces from impact when proud of those surfaces if the portable electronic device contacts a surface, such as when the portable electronic device is dropped. The bumpers may form portions of side corners or other portions of the portable electronic device in the stowed position. In transitioning from the stowed position to the deployed position, the bumpers may rotate and/or translate.
PACKAGING STORAGE CONTAINER
A packaging storage container used for accommodating a sheet-like object includes a container bottom portion, a container cover portion, a ridge member and a tray. The container bottom portion and the container cover portion are hinged to the ridge member, and form a sealed container body with the ridge member. The tray is configured to hold the sheet-like object; the ridge member is provided with a pair of articulated shaft-receiving bases, the tray is connected to a pair of articulated shaft-receiving bases through an articulated shaft provided on the tray, an inner space for self-adaptive rotation and shock absorption of the articulated shaft is formed in the articulated shaft-receiving base, the articulated shaft is provided with a pair of flange portions, the longitudinal length of the articulated shaft between the pair of flange portions is configured to be accommodated in the inner space.
