PIZZA PRODUCT, PACKAGING FOR A PIZZA PRODUCT, AND METHOD OF COOKING AND DISTRIBUTION FOR A PIZZA PRODUCT
This invention relates to a pizza product that is prepared separately utilizing two types of doughs that are combined after heating. The doughs have different characteristics and are heated in combination with different ingredients. The heating process for both doughs is performed under different humidity conditions and may be performed simply with a conventional microwave oven. The present invention also includes an apparatus and method for the preparation of such pizzas, as well as an innovative delivery process, which allows delivery of the pizzas from a central delivery stationwithout the need of having one or more processing locations (e.g., a chain of physical stores) to prepare and/or cook the pizza product.
SHEETLIKE COMPOSITE, ESPECIALLY FOR PRODUCTION OF DIMENSIONALLY STABLE FOOD AND DRINK PRODUCT CONTAINERS, HAVING A FIRST AND A FURTHER ADHESION PROMOTER LAYER EACH HAVING AN ACRYLATE CONTENT
The invention relates to a sheetlike composite comprising, as mutually superposed layers in a direction from an outer face of the sheetlike composite to an inner face of the sheetlike composite, a) a carrier layer, b) a first adhesion promoter layer having a first acrylate content, c) a barrier layer, d) a further adhesion promoter layer having a further acrylate content, and e) an inner polymer layer; wherein the first acrylate content and the further acrylate content are each in a range from 7% to 40% by weight, based on the weight of the respective adhesion promoter layer. The invention further relates to methods of producing a sheetlike composite, a container precursor and a closed container and to the aforementioned method products; to a container precursor and a closed container each including at least one sheetlike region of the sheetlike composite; to uses of the sheetlike composite for production of a food or drink product container and in a microwave oven; and to a use of an adhesion promoter composition A and of an adhesion promoter composition B for production of a sheetlike composite for a food or drink product container.
COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINER
A container (2) for food and/or beverage type items is at least partially defined by two or more wall portions including at least a first sidewall portion, and at least one thin or foldable wall portion (6). The container also includes a base portion and a lid (4). It is convertible between a first substantially flattened storage or transport condition and a second in-use or expanded condition by manipulation of the wall portions and/or base. The thin wall portion (6) is formed or located between a first sidewall portion and the base, and it is between 0.25 mm and 0.5 mm thick.
Specific Company Container
The scope of this invention was to create a container that could endure extreme hot temperatures when heated by microwave and endure extreme cold temperatures without cracking when shipped with dry ice. In addition, the container was ergonomically designed to encompass a snug fit to keep the food contained, but the top is easily detached even if the individual does not have full use of their hands. The container is multipurpose. There was not a container on the market that met these criteria, so extensive time was expended to design such a container to fit the needs of the company.
SUSCEPTOR INK COMPOSITIONS FOR MICROWAVEABLE PACKAGES
The present invention relates to a susceptor combination comprising: metallic particles; particles of at least two or more semiconductor materials; and one or more alkaline or alkaline earth metal salts; to a susceptor ink composition containing it. It also relates to a laminate comprising a dielectric substrate and the susceptor ink composition printed on the substrate, as well as a microwaveable package comprising the laminate.
System, apparatus, and method for cooking using RF oven
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are disclosed for cooking a food item using RF oven. The food item may include a tag containing information regarding food items associated with the food item. The RF oven may include an interface to receive the information. The RF oven may also include a processor to determine an amount of energy to be delivered to the food item based on the information. The processor may be configured to cause a RF power source to supply RF energy to cook the food item based on the determined amount of energy.
Microwave Heating Construct
Various blanks are provided for forming sleeves, containers, and other constructs for heating, browning, and/or crisping of a food item in a microwave oven, and for holding and/or transporting the food item after heating. The various blanks, sleeves, containers, and other constructs may include a removable portion defined by one or more lines of disruption that enable the removable portion to be separated from the remainder of the blank, sleeve, container, or other construct.
HIGH-FIELD EMISSION TOLERANT RFID TAGS ATTACHED TO PRODUCTS TO CONTROL COOKING PROCESS
A microwave tolerant RFID tag is disclosed that does not need to be removed from a product, such as a food item, before thawing, heating, reheating or cooking the product in a microwave oven, but that can provide data to control the microwave process. The microwave tolerant RFID tag comprises at least one antenna designed to operate at one or more frequencies and an RFID chip carrying data related to the process the microwave oven is required to perform. The data on the RFID chip is read by an RFID reader system to authorize the cooking process of the product.
MICROWAVEABLE FOOD CONTAINERS AND FOOD PRODUCTS FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE COOKING
Embodiments herein relate to microwaveable food containers and food products for high-temperature cooking applications and related methods. In an embodiment, a disposable microwaveable food container for high-temperature cooking applications is included. The container can include an inner cup including a bottom wall, a side wall connected to the bottom wall, the side wall comprising a top, and a top seal layer in contact with the top of the side wall. The bottom wall and side wall together can define a reservoir to hold a food material. An outer cover shell can include a bottom wall, a side wall connected to the bottom wall, a top wall connected the side wall, and a support structure for supporting the inner cup. The support structure can contact the inner cup and hold it in a position with a bottom gap, a side gap, and a top gap. Other embodiments are also included herein.
PACKAGING FOR COOKING FOOD
A packaging device including a breathable or non-breathable, microwavable composite film structure n the form of a bag, a tray or other type of container is disclosed. The device may include atmospheric control attributes n the form of microperforations, and steam venting mechanisms n the form of precision cuts or channels. The microperforations may form atmospheric conditions within the device for the storage of perishable and/or respiring food products, and the steam venting mechanisms may regulate the pressure and/or heat within the device during microwave cooking of the food products within.
