Insulated box
An insulated box assembly includes an insulated box, the insulated box including a box, the box including a bottom panel and a side panel, the side panel attached to the bottom panel, the box defining a box cavity; and an insulated panel attached to the side panel, the insulated panel including an insulation batt and a sheet, the insulation batt enclosed between the side panel and the sheet; and an insulated cavity panel, the insulated cavity panel disposed within the box cavity, the insulated cavity panel including a cavity sheet and a cavity insulation batt, the cavity sheet encapsulating the cavity insulation batt.
CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BOX FOR THE TRANSPORT OF FRESH PRODUCE, WHICH HAS IMPROVED INSULATION AND LEAK-TIGHTNESS PROPERTIES AND FACILITATES PLACING ADHESIVE STRIPS DURING THE FINAL SEALING OF THE BOX
This invention relates to a corrugated cardboard box (1) for the transport of fresh produce, such as frozen fish, which has improved insulation and leak-tightness properties and facilitates placing adhesive strips during the final sealing of the box, said box comprising a top cover (2), a bottom cover (4) and an intermediate leak-tight container (3) that is positioned inside the top cover (2) and the bottom cover (4) and has vertical folded edges (6).
Box defining walls with insulation cavities
A blank configured to form a box, the blank comprising an outer side panel, an outer bottom panel joined to the outer side panel by a fold line, a connecting strip joined to the outer side panel by a fold line, an inner side panel joined to the connecting strip by a fold line, and an inner bottom panel joined to the inner side panel by a fold line.
System, Method, and Apparatus for an Insulating Packaging Product
The present invention pertains to the art of packing materials. The present invention provides a thermally-insulating and compostable packing product made of a compostable thin-film material forming an enclosed envelope filled with compressed corn-starch. The packing product of the present invention may be folded and positioned within a container to physically and thermally insulate or isolate an item for shipping within the container.
Box defining walls with insulation cavities
A box includes a side wall including an outer side panel; an inner side panel positioned parallel to the outer side panel; and a connecting strip defining a first edge and a second edge, the first edge connected to the outer side panel by a first fold line, the second edge connected to the inner side panel by a second fold line, the connecting strip defining a trapezoidal shape; and a bottom wall coupled to the side wall.
RECYCLABLE INSERT FOR SHIPPING CONTAINER
A thermal insulation article for placement in a shipping container to hold an item includes a thermally insulating pad shaped to be positioned in a cavity of a rectangular prism shipping container to be adjacent to and cover one or more of a floor, four side walls and cover of the container while leaving an interior space to receive the item. The thermally insulating pad includes a compostable panel that holds together as a single unit and is formed primarily of starch, the panel providing a rectangular plate dimensioned to substantially span whichever of the floor, plurality of side walls or cover that the rectangular plate is adjacent, and a compostable or recyclable water-proof polymer film forming a pocket and surrounding the panel with the panel slidable within the pocket.
Recyclable insert for shipping container
A thermal insulation article for placement in a shipping container to hold an item includes a multi-section thermally insulating pad shaped to be positioned in a cavity of a rectangular prism shipping container. The pad includes a plurality of solid compostable panel sections formed primarily of grain starch, and a water-proof polyethylene film forming a pocket enclosing the plurality of panel sections. Each panel section holds together as a single unit, and each panel section provides a rectangular plate dimensioned to substantially span whichever of the floor, plurality of side walls or cover that the rectangular plate is adjacent. The pad is configured to be foldable at a right angle along a boundary between the panel sections. The film provides both an interior and an exterior surface of the pad where the pad is folded.
LINKED ANTENNA PAIR FOR TRANSMISSION THROUGH SHIELDED SHIPPING CONTAINER
The present disclosure provides a linked antenna pair for a shipping container having a thermally insulated and electromagnetically shielded cavity for holding a payload. The linked antenna pair comprises a first antenna disposed inside the cavity, a second antenna disposed outside the cavity, and a feed line that electrically connects the first antenna to the second antenna.
