CONTENT FILLING APPARATUS AND CONTENT FILLING METHOD USING SAME
The present disclosure relates to a content charging device for a container apparatus in which a liquid is stored, and a content charging method using the same. In the content charging device of the preset disclosure, the container apparatus includes an external container in which a storage space is formed and which includes a container-side opening communicating with the storage space; and a pouch assembly installed on the external container. The pouch assembly includes a pouch unit which is formed of an elastic material and has a charging space formed to be charged with a liquid, wherein the pouch unit is partly inserted into the storage space through the container-side opening. The content charging device includes a charging means that is inserted into the charging space of the pouch unit, has flow holes which are formed on one side thereof and through which air or a content is caused to flow, and is slidable toward an end of the pouch unit from a pouch-side opening of the pouch unit.
Container device capable of storing liquid and manufacturing method thereof
The present disclosure relates to a container device capable of storing and discharging liquid. A container device according to the present disclosure includes a pouch having the elastic property; a rigid container having a rigid outer case compared to the pouch and having a container opening at one side thereof; a coupling unit coupled to the container opening and for coupling an opening of the pouch with the container opening; and an air passage formed at the rigid container or the coupling unit. When the pressure is applied to the inside of the pouch and the volume of the pouch is increased, the volume of a space between the pouch and the rigid container is reduced by an increase in the volume of the pouch, such that the air in the space is discharged to the outside of the rigid container through the air passage to perform the depressurization of the space.
Delaminatable container
A delaminatable container excellent in productivity is provided. The present invention provides a delaminatable container comprising a container body having an outer shell and an inner bag, the inner bag to be shrunk with a decrease in contents, wherein the container body includes a storage portion to store the contents and a bottom seal protrusion protruding from a bottom surface of the storage portion, the container body is configured to seal the outer shell and the inner bag in the bottom seal protrusion, and the bottom seal protrusion includes a tapered portion extending in a longitudinal direction of the bottom seal protrusion and tapered from the bottom surface toward an end.
REFILLABLE DISPENSER AND PRESSURIZED REFILLING DEVICE
A kit includes a refillable dispenser that is propellant-free and a filling device that is pressurized and propellant-free. An outlet of the filling device is configured to disengageably connect to an inlet of the refillable dispenser, and wherein connection between the inlet and the outlet establishes fluid communication between the filling device and the refillable dispenser and generates a unidirectional flow of material from the filling device to the refillable dispenser.
Lamination separation container
The present invention provides a delaminatable container capable of inhibiting reduction in aroma constituents of contents. According to the present invention, provided is the delaminatable container comprising an outer layer and an inner layer and having an inner bag which is composed of the inner layer and configured to contract with a decrease in the contents. The inner layer comprises, as an innermost layer, an inner EVOH layer composed of EVOH resin, and the EVOH resin contained in the inner EVOH layer has an ethylene content of equal to or less than 34 mol %.
Pressure equilibrating squeeze dispenser
A bag-in-bottle type of a squeeze dispenser comprising a housing, a cap, a flexible bag for containing fluid, and means to equilibrate atmospheric air pressure with air pressure inside the housing is disclosed. Said means include a closable air channel. The closable air channel, and the cap, may each be in an open or a closed position. When the cap is in an open position, the closable air channel is in a closed position, thus substantially locking the air inside the housing in place and allowing for fluid to be dispensed from the flexible bag upon application of pressing force on the sidewalls of the housing. When the cap is in a closed position, the closable air channel is in an open position, allowing for a flow of atmospheric air into, and out of, the dispenser housing and thereby equilibrating the air pressure inside the housing with air pressure of the atmospheric air.
Dispenser
A dispenser for substances includes an outer shell with a deformable outer wall which encloses the deformable container arrangement and at least one balancing valve for balancing air, wherein an air filled intermediary gap is located between the outer wall and the container arrangement and the dispenser is configured to dispense substances after pressure loading the outer shell, wherein the container arrangement includes at least two containers and a common dispensing head are connected with each other pressure tight in at least one portion, and wherein at least one of the containers includes self-closing filling valves which are configured to be openable by pressure during filling the at least two containers.
DOUBLE CONTAINER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, PREFORM, AND CONTAINER MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention provides a double container capable of suppressing the deterioration of the gas barrier property under high humidity environment. According to the present invention, provided is a double container comprising a container body, wherein the container body has an outer shell and the inner bag, the container body is configured such that the inner bag contracts as content is reduced, and the inner bag comprises an inner layer, a gas barrier layer, and an outer layer, in order from an inside of the container body.
Force-generating Body for a Device for Dispensing Contents
There is described a one-piece force-generating body made of elastically expandable material for a device for dispensing contents, which force-generating body in an unfilled state extends longitudinally in the direction of a longitudinal axis, is closed in the region of a lower axial end and satisfies at least one of the following conditions: It has a tubular portion which extends from the lower axial end in the direction towards the upper axial end, wherein the tubular portion has a substantially constant outside diameter and an inside diameter which decreases in the direction towards the upper axial end; it has a funnel portion which extends from the upper axial end in the direction towards the lower axial end, wherein an inner side of the force-generating body forms in the funnel portion a convex rounded portion, whereby an inside diameter of the funnel portion increases in the direction towards the upper axial end; the force-generating body has at its upper axial end a radial lip which extends radially away from the longitudinal axis.
