DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
A dispenser (5) comprising a body (10) and a removable magazine (11) in which a product pouch (175) is held. The body (10) and magazine (11) form an asymmetric interior volume similar to the shape of the pouch (175). The dispenser(5) includes a grip (28) and actuator (30) at an actuator end and a ratcheting drive system disposed on opposite sides of the interior volume. The drive system applies a symmetric pushing force on a squeeze pusher (32) that is slidably disposed in the interior volume. The squeeze pusher (32) applies pressure to the pouch (175) to dispense the product. The magazine (11) and pouch (175) may be ejected once the squeeze pusher (32) is ratcheted to the dispensing end. Once ejected, the squeeze pusher (32) is disengaged from the drive system. A magazine (11) with a new pouch (175) may be inserted into the body (10), which automatically positions the squeeze pusher (32) at the actuating end and reengages the drive system for further dispensing.
COUPLING DEVICE FOR DISPENSING OF FOOD
The present invention relates to a coupling device (1) for connection to a flexible container (3) comprising a plastic foil for dispense of food product (2) in fluid form out of the same, comprising an outlet valve (10) with a first end comprising at least one hole-creating part (11) for penetration of the container on connection to the same and a through-flow channel (20) which merges into a second end for further transfer of food product.
Dispensing device
The present invention relates to a feeding device (1) for manual dispensing of a food product in fluid form packaged in a flexible container (3) and a method for this, which invention solves the problem of bulky and heavy feeding devices which leak food product. The feeding device comprises a dispensing tank (10) adapted to hold the container, an operating sleeve (30) arranged on top of the dispensing tank, and a piston (40) arranged inside the dispensing tank and adapted to compress the container when the operating sleeve by rotation axially displaces the piston along the inside of the dispensing tank in a discharging direction so that the container is compressed while dispensing the food product (2) and allows a return of the piston in a return direction opposite the discharging direction after each dispensing of food product.
FOOD CONTAINER AND DISPENSER
A portable food carrier is disclosed, including a flexible, compressible outer container body and an internal lift having a tapered bottom. The tapered bottom of the lift is particularly configured to allow a user to grasp the carrier and squeeze the container body at the location of the taper, causing the lift to move upward in the container, in turn pushing food product located above the lift toward an open, top mouth of the container, where the user may then access and eat the food product. The lift is configured to interact with the interior of the container in such a way so as to assist the user in maintaining smooth movement as the user squeezes the outside of the container, thus making it optimized for use with only one hand.
FOOD CONTAINER AND DISPENSER
A portable food carrier is disclosed, including a flexible, compressible outer container body and an internal lift having a tapered bottom. The tapered bottom of the lift is particularly configured to allow a user to grasp the carrier and squeeze the container body at the location of the taper, causing the lift to move upward in the container, in turn pushing food product located above the lift toward an open, top mouth of the container, where the user may then access and eat the food product. Single-serve condiment container and dispenser
A condiment container that includes a hollow lower sidewall having a bottom with an inwardly projecting shelf. The lower sidewall defines a lower cavity and a false bottom is captured within the lower sidewall. An upper portion extends from the lower sidewall to define an upper cavity. That upper portion includes an upper front wall with a first height, a higher upper rear wall, a first side neck wall, a second side neck wall, and a top wall. A condiment pack and a toothed track are located within the lower cavity. Moving the false bottom toward the top wall causes the toothed track to rupture the condiment pack. The top wall has a slot for condiment in the ruptured pack to leave the container. At least one serrated edge is disposed along the slot to enable spreading the released condiment.
Twist action portion control sauce dispenser
The invention comprises a dispensing device having an elongated body, a sidewall which is elliptical in at least a portion of its cross-section, an open top end, and a dispensing bottom end. The device comprises a ratchet, ratchet support member, dial, telescoping members, and an elliptical plunger. The ratchet support member and dial each engage the ratchet to allow movement in certain directions and prevent movement in other directions, beyond a certain point. A first telescoping member having the smallest diameter is affixed to the ratchet. The interior diameter of a second telescoping member is larger than the exterior diameter of the first telescoping member, such that the first telescoping member is configured to nest within the interior of the second telescoping member. The first telescoping member may be extended a distance through the dispenser body via rotation of the ratchet. The plunger is affixed to the telescoping member having the largest diameter.
Dispenser and container
Among other things, a dispenser for dispensing material is provided herein. The dispenser includes a cover. The dispenser is configured to receive a container from which material is dispensed. The container is adapted to be supported by the cover. Biasing structure is adapted to apply a force to the container to facilitate dispensing the material from the container.
PISTON FOR A COLLAPSIBLE CARTRIDGE
A piston for a collapsible cartridge for dispensing a material, the piston includes a rigid portion and a flexible portion. The rigid portion has a first diameter, a first end and a second end. The first end is configured to be disposed in a material dispensing direction. The flexible portion has a second diameter less than the first diameter, a first end disposed in the material dispensing direction and a second end disposed in an opposite direction. The flexible portion is disposed on the first end of the rigid portion such that the second end of the flexible portion is disposed to face the first end of the rigid portion. The flexible portion is configured to radially expand and longitudinally compress upon a force applied to the first end of the flexible portion to compress the collapsible cartridge between the flexible portion and an interior surface of a support cartridge.
Cartridge for a mixing and dispensing system
A cartridge for a one or two-component mixing and dispensing system includes at least one flexible film bag as a cartridge wall, a rigid front part that is in particular integrally formed with the at least one flexible film bag and that is arranged at a front end section of the at least one film bag, the rigid front part including at least one outlet opening. The cartridge for a two-component mixing and dispensing system has a first flexible film bag as a cartridge wall and a second flexible film bag as a cartridge wall, and a structure surrounding the cartridge.
