Small parts container
The invention is a plastic storage case predominantly for small parts that consists of a plurality of joined storage compartments with each having a snap cover lid that are joined to the compartment via a living hinge forming a full enclosure that can be opened and closed easily. A unique aspect of the invention is that it can contain many joined storage compartments in one integral unit made of a single recyclable plastic such as High Density Polypropylene. When use is complete, this allows the entire package to be placed in a recycle container and then ground up to be molded again making new parts.
PROTECTION SHEET, PRESS THROUGH PACKAGE
A protection sheet is to be attached to a press through package that includes a sheet-shaped container including storing portions and a cover that seals the storing portions. The protection sheet includes a resin layer and a first adhesive layer. The resin layer is releasable from the press through package and includes slits from which the resin layer starts to be released. The first adhesive layer is bonded to the resin layer such that a surface of the first adhesive layer that is an opposite side from the resin layer is to be bonded to the cover.
Pill dispensing watch
A pill dispensing watch with a wrist watch assembly that includes a housing that encloses a time keeping apparatus as well as a plurality of pill storage drawers and microprocessor controlled electro mechanical drawer extending assemblies that allow the user to set the time for a pill taking event and for the pill retaining drawers to each open at the time the pill needs to be taken. A micro USB port built into the watch housing lets the user plug the on board microprocessor into a standard computer so that the user can program the times that the drawers need to open and an audio alarm needs to sound. In one embodiment the watch housing includes two of the drawers extending from the left side of the watch housing and two drawers extending from the right side of the watch housing.
MODULAR SYSTEM FOR INVENTORY AND TRANSPORT EFFICIENCY OF PACKAGING
Disclosed herein are modular container systems having child-resistant containers, tray inserts and tray frames. Also disclosed are methods using the modular container systems and methods of storing substances in containers. The containers have a container base and a container cap and provide for child-resistant containers. A user can releasably remove the container cap from container base with a squeeze and lift sequence. For example, the user squeezes opposite sides of the container base, which releases a locking mechanism and allows for removal of the cap by lifting or pulling the container cap off from the container base. The components of the modular container system are modular and stackable. The modular system allow for organized, efficient, accessible and storage of the child-resistant containers. The modular container system also allows for easy counting, sorting and processing of the containers.
IMPROVEMENTS IN CHILD-RESISTANT PACKAGES
A tab member for use in a latchable slidable package. The tab member has opposed major faces connected by opposed side edges and comprises a body portion and a cut out defining a resiliently deformable latch member connected to the body portion by at least one live hinge. The latch member incorporates a latch formation that is moveable by a user in an unlatching direction substantially orthogonal to at least one side edge. The tab member is substantially planar, and the unlatching direction lies substantially in a plane of the tab member. The tab member can be incorporated into a latchable slidable package to provide child resistance by virtue of the latch member and the latch formation. The substantially planar nature of the tab member means that the tab member can be easily accommodated in the package. Because the unlatching direction of the latch formation lies substantially in a plane of the tab member, the movement of the latch formation as the package is unlatched is substantially restricted to the same plane. Thus, the volume of the package that must be given to accommodate the tab member and the movement of the latch formations can be kept low, thereby reducing the overall size and weight of the package.
Push-To-Open Container
The container contains a cap element, a hollow case member with an open top side, a tab element, and an elastic element. The cap element is hinged to the case member so that the cap element can be flipped to reveal or cover the case member. The tab element is hinged to a front side of the case member locking the cap element, and the elastic element is configured to a rear side of the case member that is bended by the cap element when the cap element closes the case member. When the tab element is depressed, the cap element is released, and the elasticity of the elastic element pushes open the cap element. The elastic element helps reducing the friction between the cap element and the case member, thereby enhancing the convenience and reliability of opening the container.
SEQUENTIAL DISPENSING APPARATUS AND METHOD
The present invention discloses a multi-compartment storage apparatus that does not require any electrical power but that still prevents the compartments from being opened out of order. Embodiments of this invention are directed to locking, multi-compartment storage containers for the storing and dispensing of medication.
Battery Holder and Dispensing Package
A battery holding and dispensing device can hold a plurality of batteries, in an assortment of battery sizes. The battery holding and dispensing device includes a frame having a plurality of compartments sized and shaped to each receive a battery of a particular battery size and each having a detent for releasably retaining the battery in the compartment. Each compartment has at least one opening in the bottom and lower side to expose a corner of the battery to allow finger ejection of the battery from the compartment past the detent, and to allow the user to touch the batteries to ascertain battery size by feel. The assortment of batteries held in the frame is preferably pre-selected to correspond to the batteries needed by a particular profession. An arrangement for illuminating the frame is provided.
