A dispenser rack has a horizontal platform sized and shaped to support the bag container. Peripheral guards extend upward from the platform and constrain movement of the container during dispensing.

Conventional sheet storage boxes have problems that the sheet storage box with a sheet-fixing sheet pasted on the sheet-removing opening is wasteful from the point of view of resources and that, in the case of the sheet storage box without the sheet-fixing sheet pasted on the opening, the fixing of sheet becomes weaker as the opening itself becomes larger due to the excessively wide rim of the opening and when the rims of the opening are made too close, the rim of the opening partially becomes smaller and the resistance to remove the sheets becomes too large. To solve the above problems of the conventional sheet storage boxes, the present invention provides a sheet-removing opening by effectively forming the portion to remove the sheet easily from the opening and the portion to easily catch the sheet wherein, the shape of the rims of the opening of the sheet storage box designed to remove the sheet is formed in such a way that the movement of the sheet is reduced by adequately reducing the spatial area of the opening and the rims of the opening are converted to convex shape smooth curves to smoothly slide the sheet.

Hand-held articles for applying lotion to a user, including a user's back or other hard-to-reach places. A housing contains a lotion to be dispensed, and a member, integral to the housing, transfers the lotion to a user's body. The member may be a roller or a pre-moistened, elongated sheet, web or strip, with the housing containing a roll of pre-moistened material. The housing may further include a manually operated lever that allows a length of the strip to be pulled from the roll in the housing. The housing may additionally include a cap with a cutting edge to sever the strip at a desired length. The strip of material may be pre-moistened with a tanning lotion; self-tanning lotions; sun block; moisturizing cream, or insect repellant. The strip of material may be made of a non-woven synthetic fibrous material, with a width in the range of 1 to 3 inches.

A shoe cover cartridge includes two guiding arms and a plurality of shoe covers overlapped in a sequential manner to define a standby shoe cover and a subsequent shoe cover. Front and rear interlocking units are provided at front and rear sides of each of the shoe cover respectively and are slidably engaged with the guiding arms at a position that the front interlocking unit at the subsequent shoe cover is located in front of the rear interlocking unit at the standby shoe cover along the guiding arms. Therefore, when the standby shoe cover is pulled for dispensing, the subsequent shoe cover is pulled by the standby shoe to dispense the shoe covers in a sequential order.

Front and rear interlocking units are provided at front and rear sides of each of the shoe cover respectively and are slidably engaged with the guiding arms at a position that the front interlocking unit at the subsequent shoe cover is located in front of the rear interlocking unit at the standby shoe cover along the guiding arms. Therefore, when the standby shoe cover is pulled for dispensing, the subsequent shoe cover is pulled by the standby shoe to dispense the shoe covers in a sequential order.
