Vented Dispensing Device
The dispensing device provides dispensable material in a closable container in concert with a corresponding accessory so that the container and the accessory can be commonly stored when not in use, and further provides a ventilated storage volume within the device that can facilitate drying and aerating the accessory.
Spray can mixer system
A spray can mixer system includes a spray can mixer assembly having a drive shaft, a sleeve having an inner volume, a base, and a securer. The sleeve is configured to receive an aerosol can. The securer is located at an open end of the sleeve and is configured to secure the aerosol can within the inner volume of the sleeve. The drive shaft is mounted to the base and is configured to be received by a drill to permit rotating and mixing contents of the aerosol can.
Discharge container
Provided is a multilayer-structured discharge container having a simple structure, capable of facilitating the loading of a substance to be contained and a pressurizing agent, and capable of facilitating the ejection of the pressurizing agent after use. A discharge container in which a valve mechanism is provided with a stem having two independent in-stem paths, one in-stem path communicates with an in-holder discharge path, the other in-stem path communicates with an in-holder gas path, a contained substance is discharged by closing the other in-stem path, and the pressurizing agent is ejected by opening the other in-stem path. The discharge container is capable of causing a pressurization chamber and the atmosphere to communicate by removing a push-button from a valve assembly and pressing down a stem of a valve mechanism (switching operation).
Dispensing systems with wave sensors
A dispensing system includes a conduit having a volumetric capacity between an internal discharge orifice for receipt of a flow of pressurized fluid from a valving assembly and an external discharge orifice. The dispensing system further includes a volume of pressurized fluid and a sensor. The fluid has a volumetric flow rate of about 0.05 ml/ms to about 15 ml/ms when released into the conduit from the internal discharge orifice. The sensor detects a sound at the external discharge orifice.
ACTUATED-VALVE METERING
According to a first aspect of the disclosure, a spray device is provided for generating an aerosol. The spray device comprises a reservoir for containing a store of a liquid; a delivery chamber for containing a dose of the liquid received from the reservoir prior to ejection; a perforate element comprising one or more nozzles; a drive mechanism configured to drive liquid from the delivery chamber through the one or more nozzles; and a fluid metering system. The fluid metering system comprises an actuated valve that is actuatable between a closed position and an open position. The opening and closing of the actuated valve can be sequenced to control the flow of fluid from the reservoir to the delivery chamber.
SATELLITE NAVIGATION FOR AN AEROSOL DELIVERY DEVICE
An aerosol delivery device is provided that includes at least one housing enclosing a reservoir configured to retain an aerosol precursor composition and a heating element controllable to activate and vaporize components of the aerosol precursor composition. The aerosol delivery device also includes an antenna configured to receive radio signals from satellites of a satellite navigation system, and convert the radio signals to corresponding electronic signals and a satellite navigation receiver module configured to receive the corresponding electronic signals and determine a position of the aerosol delivery device based thereon, and output a message that indicates the position so determined. And the aerosol delivery device includes a microprocessor configured to receive the message and control operation of at least one functional element of the aerosol delivery device based on the position indicated thereby.
