METHOD FOR CONTAMINATION PREVENTION IN FLUID STORAGE TANK REQUIRING TEMPERATURE CONTROL, AND DEVICE THEREFOR
A method is disclosed herein for detecting cracks of a fluid storage tank due to breakage of a wall of the fluid storage tank. In an example embodiment, the method includes positioning an enclosed pressure-resistant jacket around an outer wall of the fluid storage tank, controlling a temperature of the fluid in the fluid storage tank by allowing a liquid cooling or heating medium to flow in the enclosed pressure-resistant jacket at a pressure lower than a pressure x applied within the fluid storage tank, maintaining the pressure in the pressure-resistant jacket lower than the pressure x, sampling the cooling or heating medium from an air pool provided in a passage of the cooling or heating medium, and analyzing components of the cooling or heating medium, while preventing contamination of the fluid in the fluid storage tank with the liquid cooling or heating medium.
Transportable self contained cutting box
A heated portable vacuum slurry box for efficiently storing and transporting material including drill cuttings from gas and oil well sites. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a mechanical bay, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The features allow for the slurry box to be meet space restriction requirements at a well site while as well as function within the environmental conditions of winter and summer seasons. Jacketed openings, stack mount systems, and a removable power unit allow for efficient use of the slurry box.
Method for contamination prevention in fluid storage tank requiring temperature control, and device therefor
A method is disclosed herein for preventing contamination of a fluid in a fluid storage tank with a liquid cooling or heating medium due to breakage of a wall of the fluid storage tank. In an example embodiment, the method includes positioning an enclosed pressure-resistant jacket around an outer wall of the fluid storage tank, controlling a temperature of the fluid in the fluid storage tank by allowing the liquid cooling or heating medium to flow in the enclosed pressure-resistant jacket at a pressure lower than a pressure x (atm) applied within the fluid storage tank, and maintaining the pressure in the pressure-resistant jacket lower than the pressure x.
Floor assembly for transportable refrigerated container
A floor assembly for a trailer includes stringers that extend in a transverse direction of the assembly and are spaced from one another in a longitudinal direction of the assembly. The stringers are made of a thermally insulative first material. A bottom flange is coupled to a lower portion of a respective stringer. A top flange made of a second material is coupled to an upper portion of a respective stringer. Floor panels are also provided. Each floor panel extends in the longitudinal direction, is supported by the top flange, is coupled to another floor panel along respective edges thereof, and has at least one rib that extends in the longitudinal direction and depends substantially perpendicularly from a bottom surface thereof. Each floor panel is made of the second material and each at least one rib is welded to a top surface of the top flange.
Pile Underground Fluid Storage Assembly
A pile underground fluid storage assembly is disclosed which allows the labor of installing two systems to be shared, therefore reducing installation costs. The assembly includes a foundation pile for structural support of the building structure along with storage tanks for storage of fluids at various temperatures as required for building operations, with the tanks being located within the interior space of the pile. The assembly further reduces maintenance and repair costs by making the underground tanks accessible. It also prevents underground storage tank floating issues when groundwater levels exceed storage tank fluid levels.
Container for a food liquid, in particular for making and ageing wine and spirits
A concrete container for a food liquid, particularly for making and aging wine and spirits, includes a container body which exhibits symmetry of revolution. The body includes an interior wall delimiting the storage volume of the container, an external peripheral wall, a first body part and a second body part, which parts are superposed and assembled to close the body, each body part includes an assembly surface for assembly with the other body part. The assembly surfaces include at least: first assembly surfaces placed on the side of the interior wall, the first surfaces exhibiting profiles that mate with one another to ensure continuous contact between the first surfaces, and the first assembly surfaces being extended in the direction toward the outside of the container by second assembly surfaces configured to define between them an interior space that may or may not open onto the external peripheral wall.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REPAIRING COMPOSITE MATERIAL USING SOLVATION PROCESS
Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for repairing composite materials using a solvation process, in which, in the repair of composite materials comprising a matrix resin and a filler fiber, a solution capable of depolymerizing the matrix resin is provided to a portion to be repaired of the composite material to depolymerize the matrix resin. By removing the matrix resin constituting the composite material by solvating it with a solvent while leaving the internal filler fibers, it is possible to secure continuity of the fiber skeleton of the composite material even after the repair, perform very easy repair, and minimize damage to the fiber skeleton.
Heat transfer unit and method for prefabricated vessel
Vessel assemblies, heat transfer units for prefabricated vessels, and methods for heat transfer prefabricated vessel are provided. A heat transfer unit includes a central rod, and a plurality of peripheral rods surrounding the central rod and connected to the central rod. The plurality of peripheral rods are movable between a first collapsed position and a second bowed position, wherein in the second bowed position a midpoint of each of the plurality of peripheral rods is spaced from the central rod relative to in the first position. The heat transfer unit further includes a heat transfer element connected to one of the plurality of peripheral rods.
Universal robotic-enabled storage and retrieval system
Apparatuses, methods and computer program products for a temperature regulated container disclosed herein. An example temperature regulated apparatus comprises a base container. The base container includes at least a base portion, one or more sidewall portions, and a lid portion. The temperature regulated apparatus also includes one or more thermoelectric components, wherein (i) each of the one or more thermoelectric components are configured to be disposed within the interior of the base container, (ii) each thermoelectric component comprises an exterior surface, an interior surface, and a composite semiconductor layer disposed between the exterior surface and interior surface, and (iii) each thermoelectric component is configured to, in an instance current flows through the thermoelectric component, transfer heat between the interior surface and exterior surface.
