TANK BASE
A method for the construction of an improved tank base. A tank base is constructed for protection against accidental spills and/or leaks associated with a tank battery. The improved tank base comprises at least one part of a suitable substrate, which allows for the adhesion of an elastomer such as polyurea. Polyurea is preferably applied using a spray device which yields an average coverage of about 50-80 mils, and most preferably 60 mils. If more than one substrate is used, one or more substrates can be bound together with a fastening system. Once pressure is applied in the form of weight, the fastening system can be removed, resulting in an improved tank base having at least one seam and impervious to the fluid of the tank battery.
TANK BASE

Pre-assembled, self contained, portable fluid storage tank and method of handling flowback fluids from a hydrocarbon production operation using said tank
Pre-assembled, self-contained, portable tank and method of using the tank for storing backflow fluids during hydrocarbon production operations. Tank is rapidly deployable and has a collapsible and refillable bladder for storing approximately 50,000 gallons or 1200 BBLS of fluids and a secondary containment with a holding capacity 120% of that of the bladder. When closed for transport, the tank is sufficiently compact and light to be movable with a light body pickup truck with an accompanying trailer over public roadways. After delivery to a site, a crew of two to five persons can set-up the tank for use within about 20 to 120 minutes.

Fire protection containment unit for intermediate bulk containers
A fire protection containment unit for protection of an intermediate bulk container (IBC) having an internal flame and drain barrier disposed above a basin portion of the containment unit. The barrier includes pans having an impact surface that is angled to drain toward a central grid of the barrier to direct escaped liquid from the IBC into the basin portion of the containment unit. The basin portion includes a base surface on an incline to define a pooling region of the containment unit to collect escaped liquid from the IBC. The containment unit includes containment walls which define various configurations of the containment unit including an open configuration, partially open configuration, a completely contained configuration and a packaged configuration.
Containment system for hazardous or other materials
An apparatus includes a floor having an impermeable material, where the floor has multiple edge portions and each edge portion corresponds to an edge of the floor. The apparatus also includes multiple wall sections configured to form multiple free-standing walls around a perimeter of the floor, where each wall corresponds to one of the edge portions. The apparatus further includes multiple brackets, where each bracket is configured to fit over an associated one of the walls after the corresponding edge portion of the floor is draped over the associated wall. Each bracket is configured to fit against sides of the associated wall so as to hold the corresponding edge portion in place. Each bracket includes (i) first and second plates disposed on opposite sides of the associated wall and (ii) one or more bars extending over a top surface of the associated wall and connecting the first and second plates.
Containment system for hazardous or other materials

Spill containment system for container tanks
A spill containment system for container tanks which include a liquid container and a steel frame surrounding the liquid container. The overall dimensions of the container tank are approximately twenty feet long, eight feet wide and eight and a half feet high. Beneath one or more stacked container tanks is a containment pan assembly including a liquid-tight pan having an interior capable of holding at least a portion of the contents of one liquid container. The containment pan assembly has an upper rectangular section that supports the container tanks and also has a length of about twenty feet and a width of eight feet. However, the entire height of the containment pan assembly is between eight inches and twenty-four inches. Additional similarly constructed containment pan assemblies are arranged adjacent the first assembly with hoses interconnecting the interiors of the several liquid-tight pans of the several containment pan assemblies.
SECONDARY CONTAINMENT
This patent pertains to secondary containment systems. One implementation includes a support assembly that includes an elongate post member and a stabilization plate. In one instance, a stabilization plate is mounted on the elongate post member to reduce movement of the elongate post member when the stabilization plate is embedded in the ground. Another implementation includes a panel splice assembly including reinforcing members that secure overlapping, corrugated panels.
SECONDARY CONTAINMENT
This patent pertains to secondary containment systems. One implementation includes a support assembly that includes an elongate post member and a stabilization plate. In one instance, a stabilization plate is mounted on the elongate post member to reduce movement of the elongate post member when the stabilization plate is embedded in the ground. Another implementation includes a panel splice assembly including reinforcing members that secure overlapping, corrugated panels.
