METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A TAMPER-EVIDENT CLOSURE
A method of manufacturing a tamper-evident closure, comprising the steps of: forming a body having a base and a lid; and inserting a dispensing member and a tamper-evident member into the body.
CONTAINER CLOSURE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN
A container closure of synthetic resin is used for a container having a mouth-and-neck portion formed with an external thread on its outer periphery and an engaging jaw portion positioned below the external thread. The closure including a body and a tamper evident skirt portion is not entirely separated from the mouth-and-neck portion of the container even after unsealing the container at the mouth-and-neck portion. The container closure is improved such that the body is held sufficiently reliably at a required opening position when the body detached from the mouth-and-neck portion is pivoted to the opening position even if the container closure has a relatively short axial length. Furthermore, when the body is pivoted again to the opening position, a sound recognizable for a consumer is generated with sufficient certainty. At least in an angle region in which a protruding piece formed on the skirt wall of the body is present, an extending portion is formed at an engaging piece formed on the tamper evident skirt portion. In a state where the container closure of synthetic resin is mounted on the mouth-and-neck portion, the extending portion is positioned between the engaging jaw portion of the mouth-and-neck portion and the tamper evident skirt portion.
Capping device intended to be fixed on the neck of a container and an assembly comprising a container and a capping device
The invention refers to a capping device intended to be fixed on a neck (2) of a container including an orifice (3), including the capping device: a cap (1) which has a helical thread (7) intended to cooperate with a helical thread (6) formed in the neck (2); a lower ring (9) fixed axially to the neck (2); a hinge device that connects the cap (1) to the lower ring (9), including the capping device in addition a cap locking device (1) configured to lock the cap (1) in an open tilted position, including such a locking device a bead (22) which is formed, between the two blades (11, 12), and which is configured to rest against the neck (2) of the container when the cap (1) is in the open tilted position, the heel (22) has an internal face where at least one of the ribs of the helical thread series (7) is formed.
Cap for container
A cap for a container is formed so that the cap has a top plate and a circular sidewall. Two opposite sides of the circular sidewall circularly connect to each other, one periphery of the circular sidewall connecting to one surface of the top plate forming a closed end, and another periphery of the circular sidewall at an opposite side of the closed end forms an opened end. Incisions are in the circular sidewall. The incisions form a ring member located at the opened end of the cap separated from a main body of the cap by a first incision and a second incision between the opened end of the main body and the ring member.
CLOSURE OF AN OUTLET FITTING
A plastic closure of an outlet fitting of a container includes a closure cap which is releasably attached to the outlet fitting, and a retaining strip which permanently connects the closure cap with the outlet fitting. The closure cap includes a cap gripping area. The retaining strip includes a first bottom end attached to the outlet fitting, a second bottom end attached to the closure cap, a first strip section, a second strip section, a first tearable web, and a second tearable web. When the closure cap is in a screwed-on position, the first tearable web is arranged between the first bottom end and the second bottom end and connects the first strip section with the second strip section, and the retaining strip is connected with the closure cap or with the at least one cap gripping area via the second tearable web.
CLOSURE FOR A SPOUT IN A THIN-WALLED PACKAGE
A closure assembly for a package with a thin-walled flexible pouch for containing fruit juices and purees, yoghurt, and energy drinks is provided. The closure assembly has a spout assembly and a closure having a guarantee seal. The guarantee seal has a guarantee ring, a guarantee band, a plurality of breakable bridges, a first attachment portion, and a second attachment portion. In an open configuration, the guarantee band forms a strap that keeps the cap fastened to the guarantee ring and has a length such that, in a use configuration in which the guarantee band is stretched, the second attachment portion is arranged axially below a connection portion of the spout assembly. The guarantee seal has a breakable segment which, in the open configuration, is broken.
Container
A container, comprising a container body and a container cover frame which are injection molded as a whole. The container body and the container cover frame are connected by means of breaking points; during sealing, the container body and the container cover frame are separated during the process of covering the container cover frame with a container cover film. The material cost is reduced, and the container can be used for multiple times; the provision of an anti-opening member on the container cover frame can prevent opening and avoid secondary sealing; by providing a sealing structure on the container body and the container cover frame, the container has a good sealing effect when reused for multiple times.
CLOSURE FOR A SPOUT OF A FLEXIBLE THIN-WALLED PACKAGING
A closure for a flexible thin-walled packaging is provided. The closure has a rigid overcap, applicable directly or indirectly to a spout of the flexible thin-walled packaging, made of a first plastic material, a collar suitable for being inserted on a grip portion of the spout, and a flexible lace connecting the collar to the rigid overcap. The flexible lace is made by bi-injection, together with the overcap and the collar, of a second plastic material, different from the first plastic material.
Tamper-proof cap and spout and methods related thereto
A cap (10) configured to interact with a spout (12), said cap (10) comprising: a proximal section (14), a distal section (16), a sidewall section (18) in between said proximal (14) and distal section (16); at least two rotating means (20) attached to said sidewall (18) wherein said rotating means (20) configured to be attached to a first tamper proof indicator; at least one cutting element (22) configured in the proximal section (14) of said cap (10) arranged to remove a second tamper proof indicator (24) provided in said spout (12); wherein said cap (10) is arranged such that said first tamper proof indicator is arranged to break or open before said second tamper proof indicator (24) of said spout (12) is removed when said cap (10) is being unscrewed from said spout (12). A spout (12) configured to interact with a cap (10), said spout (12) comprising: a neck (26) provided with a second tamper proof indicator (24) extending radially outside said neck (26) such that a membrane projection is formed; wherein said second tamper proof indicator (24) arranged to be separated from the neck (26) when said cap (10) is unscrewed.
CLOSING CAP FOR CLOSING A CONTAINER
A closing cap for closing a container comprises a cylindrical threaded part having an open edge and an internal screw thread, which can interact with an external screw thread of the container neck. A tamper-proof strip is configured to be retained on an annular protrusion formed on the container neck. A retaining strip has a first and a second end and a first and a second edge. The first end is fixedly connected to the open edge of the threaded part, and the second end is fixedly connected to the tamper-proof strip. The first edge is detachably connected to the open edge of the threaded part by a predetermined breaking element, and the second edge is detachably connected to the tamper-proof strip by a second predetermined breaking element. The first predetermined breaking element and the second predetermined breaking element have different tensile strengths or tear strengths.
