WINDING ASSEMBLY WITH INTUITIVE HANDLE ACTUATION
A winding assembly (16) comprising: a tensioner (37) to engage a tensioning line (10); a lever (19) comprising a fulcrum body (21) and an elongate handle (20) extending from the fulcrum body (21); a drive linkage (18, 18A, 18B, 42, 42A, 42B, 53) coupling actuation of the lever (20) to motion of the tensioner (37); and a retainer (70, 70) configured to be engaged following actuation of the lever (20) in a first, tensioning direction, to prevent movement of the lever (20) in a second, opposite direction.
WINDING ASSEMBLY WITH MESH DRIVE LINKAGE
Embodiments relate to a winding assembly (16) comprising: a tensioner (37) to which a tensioning line (10) is engageable; an interface (19, 19B) configured to receive actuation force; and a drive linkage (18, 18A, 18B, 42, 42A, 42B) coupling actuation of the interface (19, 19B) to motion of the tensioner.
Pallet retrofit and wrapping system and related methods
A retrofit system optimized to enhance the securement of goods onto a pallet is provided. The system may comprise a plurality of blocks symmetrically positioned around the perimeter of the pallet, each block having a securing plate with a centered anchor. A two-piece strap, operably connected by a ratcheting mechanism, is used to secure goods on the pallet by engaging cable fasteners attached to the straps with the anchors on the blocks. The system also includes a net secured to the straps, providing additional protection and stability by distributing pressure evenly across the goods. The method of incorporating the retrofit system involves fastening the blocks to the pallet using various fastening mechanisms and aligning the blocks with the pallet's edges. The system's straps are constructed from durable, flexible materials resistant to tearing and abrasion, ensuring reliable securement under diverse transportation conditions.
AN INSULATING TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONTAINER
A transport container formed of insulated board such as corrugated or laminated plastics and treated paper and treated card that can provide a high degree of thermal insulation. A pallet shipper storage container that can operate at ultra-low temperatures akin to those at which solids such as carbon dioxide sublimate and method of use of such shippers and containers.
Packaged fibrous material bales comprising lower sheet
Disclosed are packaged fibrous material bales and methods for packaging fibrous materials such as cellulose acetate tow bales. The packaged fibrous material bale may comprise a compressed fibrous material enclosed in packaging. The packaging may comprise an upper sheet and a lower sheet comprising a tab. After the residual forces in the packaged bale have equilibrated following pressing, greater than 99% of the surface area of the bale is enclosed by the packaging.
Foldable Corrugated Paperboard Corner Piece
A corrugated paperboard corner shroud comprising a first side and a second side, and a flap extending from one of the sides of the shroud to form a first wall panel of a box. Each side having an outer layer, a middle layer, and an inner layer, wherein the first side and the second side are foldably coupled together along one side, and the middle layers are fastened to their respective inner and outer layers. A blank for forming a corner shroud, the blank comprising a flat, rectangular piece of corrugated paperboard and having a first, second, third and fourth edge, an inner surface having at least four adhesive sections thereon, an outer surface, and a first series of scorelines extending along the blank from the first edge to the second edge. A method of making the corner shroud. A box having the corner shroud.
Pallet net securement system
A cargo securement system having at least one strap, the strap being connectable to a pallet at each end, where at least one end being an adaptable end, wherein a tension cord is connectable between an anchor point on the strap and a pallet, and the tension cord being housed within a sleeve on the strap.
