INDUSTRIAL BAG DISCHARGE SPOUT
A discharge assembly for use with a flexible bag, e.g., a bulk bag, comprises a discharge spout coupled to a bottom panel of the bag, wherein the discharge spout is configured to be rolled. A releasable flexible fabric tape or tie secures the discharge spout in rolled configuration to the bottom panel to define a closed configuration for the discharge spout. In the closed configuration, material contents of the bag are contained within the bag. When contents of the bag are ready to be discharged, releasing the tape or tie causes the discharge spout to unroll and materials contained in the bag will flow therethrough. A discharge tube cover can also be provided that extends across the bottom panel and discharge tube. The discharge tube cover helps provide a flatter surface for the bag to rest upon, provides another level of closure to help prevent material contents of the bag from leaking, and can provide additional support and strength to the bag.

The present invention relates to Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) having a body made of flexible fabric woven from polymeric tapes, and transport loops, wherein the body comprises side walls, bottom and top parts, characterised in that the fabric of at least one of the side walls and transport loops is woven from uniaxially-drawn PET tape having a density greater than 1.333 g/cm.sup.3.

A flexible container for containing a flowable material, including a primary chamber having an inlet at an upper part of the primary chamber through which the flowable material is loaded into the flexible container and a secondary chamber extending from a first side of the primary chamber at a lower part thereof and containing an outlet through which the flowable material exits the flowable container, the secondary chamber being configured to fold against the first side and be secured thereto, and when unsecured from the first side, the flowable material is allowed to exit the flexible container wherein the primary chamber and secondary chamber are each formed of an inner layer and an outer layer, wherein an inner layer comprises a laminate layer; and the outer layer comprises raffia.
FLANGE MEMBER, VALVE, LIQUID BAG, AND CONTAINER
The application relates to a flange member, a valve, a liquid bag, and a container. The flange member includes a tube body and a flange plate, and a first passage runs through the inside of the tube body, the two ends of the first passage being respectively a first inlet end and a first outlet end, the inner wall of the tube body having an annular flange extending into the first passage, and the annular flange being closer to the first outlet end. The tube body extends through the flange plate in the axial direction of the flange plate and is connected to the flange plate, and the flange plate is closer to the first inlet end. The flange member reduces the pulling force on the liquid bag at the edges of the flange member, thereby reducing the probability of damage to the liquid bag due to the pulling force.
