A pharmaceutical filling system for a high volume pharmacy is described. The system can include a manual pick/pack device and method. The system may include a rotation assembly, a left door and a right door, both positioned below the rotation assembly, a left divider positioned below the left door, and a right divider positioned below the right door, and a left gathering table positioned below the left divider, and a right gathering table positioned below the right divider. The system may also include a control device in electronic communication with the rotation assembly, the doors and the dividers for control of same.

A merchandise sorting device includes a conveyance path, a chute, and a sorting plate. The conveyance path includes a placement surface on which an item is placed, and along which the item moves. The chute is inclined downward from the conveyance path and forms an inclined surface on which the item can be slid. The sorting plate is provided at a lower end of the chute and is rotatable about an axis paralleling an edge of the lower end of the chute to open and close the lower end of the chute.

Disclosed is a tablet discharge chute including: a channel unit having a main channel into which tablets are inserted and a plurality of discharge channels communicating with the main channel, the discharge channels separating and discharging the tablets; a separation part being coupled to a shaft between the main channel and the discharge channels, the separation part having first and second separation plates that are coupled at a predetermined angle therebetween on the shaft to face the discharge channels; and an actuator being coupled to the shaft and rotating the separation part at a preset angle, wherein when the shaft rotates, the first separation plate lifts the tablets being discharged from the main channel to close a first discharge channel of the discharge channels, and the second separation plate opens a second discharge channel of the discharge channels to guide the lifted tablets to the opened second discharge channel.

An apparatus for receiving and detecting a bottle having a chute configured for receiving the bottle therein, a first sensor disposed to detect the bottle at a first position within the chute, a second sensor disposed to detect the bottle at a second position within the chute, and a third sensor disposed to detect the bottle at a third position within the chute, and an indicator in communication with the sensors to provide indication that a bottle was received. A method carried out by the apparatus is also provided.

A component supply device includes a storage section, a mounting section, and a component support section. The storage section stores multiple components. The storage section is mounted to the mounting section. The storage section is attachable and detachable in relation to the mounting section. The component support section supports, in a scattered state, multiple components which are discharged from an opening of the storage section which is in a state of being mounted to the mounting section.

The invention relates to a chute for articles, in particular packages and/or consignments, having a chute base for the article to slide down, having at least one storage installation, preferably assigned to the lower end of the chute, for the articles that have slid down along the chute base, wherein the storage installation is configured to be adjustable, in particular pivotable, from an upper receiving position for receiving the articles sliding down the chute into a lower discharging position for discharging the received articles, and back again.

A picking device for piece goods is disclosed, in which cleaning of the picking device is facilitated. The picking device may include a shelf row having shelf bases, each including a plurality of storage chutes, and a retrieving device, via which piece goods can be retrieved. A shelf base may include a frame structure, chute partitions, chute bases, and blocking devices, which are coupled to a control device. Two chute partitions and one chute base may define one elongate storage chute, assigned to each chute base is a support device, on which the chute base rests and which is designed such that another chute base can be slid between the resting chute base and the support device. Assigned to each chute base is a holding means, which prevents the chute base from sliding in the longitudinal direction of the storage chute when the chute base is on the support device.

A system for sorting and dispensing packages can include a flip gate assembly. The flip gate assembly can include a base, an inclined surface, one or more support legs extending from the base to the inclined surface, an actuator attached to the base, and a flip gate pivotably attached to the inclined surface. The flip gate can be configured to be actuated by the actuator between a retracted configuration, in which a top side of the flip gate is planar with a top surface of the inclined surface, and an extended configuration, in which the top side of the flip gate is disposed at an angle with respect to the top surface of the inclined surface.
