Conveyor device having a linear drive and height-adjustable carriers for conveying objects

The invention relates to a device for moving objects, comprising a plurality of individually-movable conveyor movers (29) for conveying the objects, a track system (21) for said conveyor movers (29) in which the conveyor movers (29) can be moved along at least one predetermined track in a conveyor direction (T), and a control device for controlling the movements of said conveyor movers in the track system (21), the conveyor movers (29) each comprising at least one runner (27) that interacts with said track system (21), at least one carrier (29) for objects and, mounted on said runner (27), at least one retainer (31) for the carrier (29), said carrier (29) being adjustable relative to the runner (27) between a lower conveyor position and an upper functional position and thus being guided by the retainer (31).

Chain monitoring system

A monitoring and feedback system may provide real-time feedback on the bearings in the chain of a proofer/oven conveyor system. The system may detect a bearing seizure before any damage can occur to the track and/or may provide for improper lubrication detection. Accordingly, a chain section or a bearing may be pulled out of the conveyor system for repair/replacement, thereby prolonging the life of the conveyor system as a whole, including the conveyor chain and bearings.

A processing machine for scanning and portioning a workpiece includes a scanning station configured to scan a workpiece to ascertain at least one physical parameter of the workpiece, a portioning station configured to portion the scanned workpiece, a conveyor for moving the workpiece beneath the scanning station and the portioning station that includes a belt with an open form moveable along a frame, and the conveyor belt support system located beneath at least the scanning station.

This control is based on the identification information provided from each of the individual hanger transport devices and based on information related to each of the individual hanger transport devices stored in advance in association with the identification information.

Container autorotation device and container autorotation method

Provided is a container autorotation device and method. The container autorotation device comprises a conveying rack used for conveying a plurality of containers, at least one container base connected therewith and comprising a container clamping end and a driving end, and a driving component used for driving the container base to autorotate and comprising a motor and a clamping part driven by the motor. A slot matched with the driving end is formed in the clamping part such that when the driving end moves into the slot and stay, the driving end is driven by the clamping part to rotate. The slot in the clamping part is designed so that the driving end is pushed against the slot when entering the slot and rotating in the slot. Autorotation is achieved with mutual cooperation between the clamping part and the driving end.
