CHAIN CONVEYOR LINK
A linkage for moving material from a first end of a conveyor toward a second end of the conveyor includes a first link and a second link. The first link includes a first side edge and a first indicator. The second link includes a second side edge and a second indicator. The second link is coupled to the first link such that the first side edge of the first link overlaps with the second side edge of the second link. Elongation of the first link in the direction of movement causes the first indicator to move relative to the second indicator, and a position of the first indicator relative to the second indicator provides an indication of a wear condition of the first link. In some aspects, a first surface and/or a second surface of one of the links includes a wear indicator representing a surface wear condition.
DRIVE SHAFT AND SPROCKETS FOR CHAIN CONVEYOR
A drive mechanism for a chain conveyor includes an elongated shaft that extends along an axis and is configured to be driven to rotate by a motor. A sprocket is integrally formed with the shaft. The sprocket includes a plurality of lobes that extend around a perimeter of the shaft. Each lobe is spaced apart from an adjacent lobe by a recessed portion. Each of the recessed portions is configured to receive a drive pin of the chain conveyor.

CHIP CONVEYOR
A chip conveyor, which reduces the discharge amount of a cutting liquid by a simple structure, includes a storage tank in which chips and cutting liquid are stored; an endless conveyor main body which connects both end portions of a number of hinge plates in a front-back direction to each other by a hinge and circularly moves through a climbing portion from an inside of the storage tank by a driving mechanism; and a control device which controls driving of the driving mechanism, in which, in the conveyor main body, multiple scraping plates formed in a standing state with respect to the hinge plate are disposed with an interval in an advancing direction, and in which the scraping plates are formed along a width direction of the conveyor main body and have one or more through portions through which the cutting liquid passes within the width interval thereof.
CONTAINER FEEDING SYSTEM FOR TRANSPORTING CONTAINER, AS WELL AS PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TRANSPORTING CONTAINER
A container feeding system for transporting a container along a transport path from a container source to a container receiver. The container feeding system includes a carrier for receiving and transporting the container, a pulling element connected to the carrier in such a way that the carrier can be moved along the transport path, a guide arranged along the transport path for guiding the carrier along the transport path. The carrier is arranged at the guide in such a way that the carrier can be moved by the pulling element in a sliding manner along a first surface of the guide.
METHOD AND CONVEYING DEVICE FOR CONVEYING BULK MATERIAL
In the method of the invention for conveying bulk goods by means of a conveying device comprising a conveying channel and at least two conveying elements (266, 269) arranged loosely in the conveying channel, the conveying elements are mechanically driven in the conveying direction in a first section of the conveying channel, before bulk goods are fed into the conveying channel in a second section of the conveying channel. The bulk goods are conveyed by movement of the conveying elements along the conveying direction in a third section of the conveying channel, wherein in this third section of the conveying channel the first conveying element (269) is pressed by the second conveying element (266) and/or the bulk goods through the conveying channel in the conveying direction. The invention also comprises a conveying device for carrying out this method.
Method of production of conveying wire and conveying wire
A method of production of a conveying wire that includes a fiber wire with disc-shaped conveying members, the fiber wire including twisted strands each made from synthetic plastic threads or fibers, includes coating at least one section of the fiber wire with an outer jacket by a continuous injection molding process and connecting disc-shaped conveying members by injection molding directly onto the at least one section of the outer jacket or directly onto the fiber wire, and connecting opposed end parts of each section of the outer jacket to opposed end parts of disc-shaped conveying members, while maintaining the fiber wire under tension during unwinding and during winding.
